Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati I-275

my husband and I try to take a “stay-cation” away from home and the kids at-least once every other month! this was our first time staying here! I read previous reviews and saw previous photos so I called the property to get more details, they’re under new ownership and remodeling. they have really cleaned this place up! the hot tub WAS AWESOME! They had led color changing lights. bed was super cozy bathroom was nice, new floors…. everything was perfect! this is now our new get away from home staycation destination

It was very Unclean . We found a tooth brush and peanuts under the bed- also forgot my very expensive pillow .. I called a couple of hours after I left and they said they did not find a pillow in the room. I know it was sitting on the bed because I remember putting it down.

The air conditioner had a button that allowed us to turn the fan up to high for equivalence to a white noise generator, which kept nearby room noise tolerable.

Breakfast was disappointing. It was a brown paper bag on the reception counter. Inside was a Jimmy Dean sausage croissant, a pack of peanut butter crackers and a single serving of yogurt. Luckily nobody in our party had a peanut allergy. This breakfast was the only real detractor from our rating of the hotel.

Was very close to resteraunts. Staff was very nice.

Too much chlorine in the pool. Also pool light was out, sitting on the side of the pool. Safety hazard. Also they advertised free breakfast, turned put to be a bag breakfast. Very disappointing. Sink in room was stopped up. Let them know at front desk during check out.

Best location to restaurants loved eating next door to crackle barrel. Lots restaurants to pick from and nice large rooms. The outside was. I’ve and so was the inside not disappointed and I’m sort picky 🤣

The beds & pillows were comfy. Enjoyed the nice towels. STaff were friendly & helpful.

The to go breakfast...was expecting at least some fresh fruit...yogurt with M&M's, twinkies aren't healthy options for children or adults.

The the jacuzzi knobs were loose there was dust all over the table and dressers so room wasn't really clean I had to clean both jacuzzi and dressers myself

Even though it stated on website breakfast would be provided there was nothing. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn last month in Fairfield (close by) and they had pancakes, eggs and other regular breakfast items. You could at least have prepackaged muffins and fruit.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

They offered NOTHING for breakfast. I had been in a hotel off of the same exit a month ago that served a full hot breakfast. They could have at least had prepackaged muffins and fruit.
