Holiday Inn Cincinnati North West Chester, an IHG Hotel

The room we stayed in was very nice. Desk clerk was very helpful.

I had an evening meal in your restaurant/ bar area. I ordered cream spinach dip and potato soup. I was very dissatisfied with how it was prepared. The potato soup had a few diced potatoes in a watered down broth and the spinach dip was so thick and had no taste at all. It was just a clump of cream cheese and spinach. I’ve eaten spinach dip many times and have never had it tase as awful as this one at your hotel. I informed the waitress about my food and was not offered a replacement for something else to eat. I went to Applebees in the area to get a more tasty dish.

Very close to the western southern open facility which is what we attended Saturday night.

The king size bed was a bit too firm for both of us. We’d be more comfortable with a topper or different/ thicker topper than what was over the mattress. Both of our sleep was affected. Coffee taken away too soon as we slept in. Gone at 10:00 am. Checkout: noon

Good location for baseball tournaments. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Good food and our waiter and bartender were great. Christine at the front desk was awesome! An asset to the hotel!

There were a few hairs on the shower curtain when we got to our room. That was kind of gross. I was charged my stay the day BEFORE we arrived and the policy is pay when you stay. Christine made it right when I got there- she was very nice, understanding and helpful.

Breakfast not available. Room never cleaned (I was there for several days) but expected some of the basics that never occurred. Coffee pot never worked despite two attempts. Just gave up. Very comfortable room.

I thought multiple days would at least straighten the bed linens and empty the waste baskets but never got any of that. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit immensely but quite disappointed with not one courtesy visit. It's a good thing I am a neat, organized person.

The staff was very friendly. When I got to my room and checked it out, I noticed it didn't have a hair dryer. I tried to call the front desk and they couldn't hear me. On my way out for the evening, I stopped by the front desk to let them know. By the time I got back to my room, they had replaced the hair dryer and the phone. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is the second stay in six weeks. This is no ordinary Holiday Inn….everything is exceptional…great effort is taken to hire quality staff. You feel you are special and are treated as a special guest. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of variety. We had dinner one evening and also give the server Omar, high marks for his recommendations. Becky in food service is also a worker bee…. Kudos to Emily and others at the check in desk… your first impression of the facility is priceless with efficient employees.

We arrived before check in time at 3pm, the guy at the counter said no problem we can get you a room which we appreciated since we were there for soccer tournaments and had been in the sun for hours and were all ready for a nap.

The pool area is very small and if there would have been any other guests there wouldn't have been anymore seats.

The staff is wonderful. Greeting us, helping us, and friendly. Ate breakfast, a few lunches and dinner….fresh food, lovely presentation and a great wait staff. I used the pool each of my four days….always clean towels and tidy. We stayed here because of needing service to our Benz ( right across the road). We were pleasantly surprised with the decor, great, comfortable rooms and housekeeping. A plus rating

I didn’t like that we had to leave…our stay was so relaxing and comfortable.

i love getting rooms with a separate living area. we have kids and its nice to be able to watch tv with my husband and the kids watch in another room. we come to this hotel quite often, and hopefully i can find a way to start saving more on my rooms, because our visits here will only become more frequent here soon,

cleanliness of our bathroom...wasn't good

I liked that the facility was clean and comfortable. The room was rather large for a hotel. They had all the amenities I needed.

The front desk person was a liar. I asked for extra towels, she said they would be ready in 30min-hr, which was fine, but when I back called after 2 hours I was told that there were no more. I was told that the other person discussed with me that it’s ok 2 set towels on the floor in the hallway, which I did not. I was also told they know I when the left towels, which they didn’t because I was laying on the couch in the living room area.. they were just full of lies
