The room was huge, very clean, attractive and the window curtains totally kept any light out. The room was very quiet and we never heard anyone or snything next to our room. Your desk clerk was so pleasant and she was so helpful. We didn't interact with any other employees. In my opinion I felt the room fee is high for the town the hotel is in. Otherwise, i have absolutely nothing else to point out. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel.
The handicapped accessories in the bathroom were good. I was surprized that there were no bars in the shower. The transfer bench was sturdy and nice, but I was uncomfortable standing in the shower without bars.

No drawers for clothes in the room, no night stand drawers. Maybe another set up elevators would be more convenient. The breakfast was not hot enough and not fresh to our taste. Would have preferred bacon or sausage gravy and biscuit.

We enjoyed everything at our last stay in the Fairlawn Hampton Inn. As soon as we entered the hotel we were warmly greeted by the front desk employee. She quickly told us where our room was and directed us to the location. Our room was spacious, attractive and very clean. Our stay was very comfortable due to the bed, temperature of the room and the quality of the tv. We had a delightful night at this facility and we will definetly book another stay here when we return another time.

Breakfast was great! Alot of variety. Hotel was super close to highway. Mike at the front desk who works 3rd shift was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very much appreciated his great customer service. The free water at check-in was a nice touch!
