Super 8 by Wyndham Copley Akron

The location was great. I came for an event at Blossom Music Center and it was a very quick ride there and back. The building and rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and courteous.

I would have preferred less processed food for the continental breakfast. There was also a washcloth leftover in the bathroom from the previous guest too. The room also had a funny smell like nail polish remover after it was cleaned after the first night.

I booked the king size bed and in the room details it never mentioned it having a jacuzzi tub but to our surprise it did and it worked very well. What a great surprise for our valentines weekend. The hotel was clean, had grab and go breakfast, vending machines, and is near anything you could want for food. We will stay again when we are in the area!

Its like a maze trying to get to your room but once you find your room and get to know the lay out it’s not bad. so really I have nothing I didn’t like about the property.

For a $50 hotel room it looked no where near as cheap as I thought it would. It actually looked rather nice. Simple, but nice. Especially for one person, it was a good deal. I'd stay there again if the price stayed low. Staff are polite too.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest- shower handle had blue...stuff...? on it, and there was some dirt on the walls. It didn't detract too much- I honestly expected worse for the price. The breakfast bar isn't really a breakfast bar though. It's them putting out a basket of Little Debbie's knockoffs, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. It didn't bother me much- I was only passing through, so any food, especially food that I could take on the road with me, was good. But "breakfast bar" is misleading. Don't expect hot food, or even the juice/yogurt machine to work.

I like the tv and the setup, it was beautiful. I liked the lady at the front desk. She was wonderful.

The tub was smaller than expected and in the bathroom. It was hard to get any bubble bath into it because it would flood with bubbles everywhere. And the pillows on the bed were much too small and hard to sleep comfortably with. The coffee makers are awful in the room. We had to go downstairs to get coffee near the front desk.

Overall everything was better than expected.

I would give it a 10 but it was 2 facilities that are connected. They are remodeling one side so there is that. However, it was confusing to navigate the inside with very little direction.

The rooms were really nice. The furniture was beautiful and the tv was big. The property actually has 2 hotels technically, I got put on the baymont side because there were no clean king bed rooms on the super 8 side. The room was large and had a huge bathroom with a nice large jacuzzi bathtub

I didn’t know there was also a $50 deposit until I got to the hotel. The room was also a bit dirty. The bathtub especially. There was some what looked like food on the carpet and a decent sized stain/spill on the carpet. When I filled the bathtub it was nasty. Also the jets didn’t seem to work. The temperature of the room was also freezing

The staff is great especially Chelsea and Vance. They are wonderful, friendly, kind and always smiling. They are always ready to help.

They could have more of a selection for breakfast. Some fresh fruit like apples and oranges. And put juice in the juice machine. Price is a little high.

Spacious rooms, clean and refreshing. Newly remodeled rooms. Friendly staff.

this time no towels in the room. sometimes no cups or glasses or tv remote doesn’t work or no soap. I like the location the rooms the staff but it seems like there is always something missing in the room. someone is not using a checklist

the location was great the people there are very very friendly they when out of their way to help you I've really liked it and I will recommend it to anybody

I wish they had more breakfast food that's the only thing that I have to say that maybe they could do more of
