Quality Inn Milan-Sandusky

I loved the ease of on off turnpike/interstate. close enough to dining/shopping area further away so you don’t get the traffic noise as I have at hotels further down Milan or Cleveland road. indoor/and outdoor pool. large rooms, great water pressure, and always hot water. pleasant surprise all rooms have fridge/w small freezer & microwave. if you need iron, iron board and hair dryer.

first night fire alarm went off 1:30am had to evacuate approximately 30 minutes until the fire department could clear the hotel. then last day loud thunder strike set alarm off. over heard firemen talking about a wire. given the thunder connection or something caused malfunction. even given this the fire doors shut, alarms worked and staff was attentive in making sure everyone got out of hotel.

I liked that they had indoor and outdoors pool. I also like they had a little area you could purchase snacks and other essentials. Staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like that our TV wasn’t worth properly. It kept saying not connected. I didn’t like that we couldn’t take any food from breakfast so our room. There’s only a limited amount of space in the room where they served breakfast. Also we were a family of 8 with little ones.

The hotel was perfect for needing a place to sleep and relax when I was tired. It isn’t anything fancy, but for the price you can’t beat the nice staff and coziness of the place.

breakfast was a bit scarce, but they still had options so it was better than nothing. the pool was very crowded with kids and not many adults but that is parents’ fault not the staff’s.

Staff was awesome. We traveled by motorcycle, and they let us park close to the entrance/front desk. The breakfast could use a little work, but it worked.

The price was nuts way too much just because there is an event in town you don't need to up the price. In the long run it effects the amount of people that attend these events. Nascar did the same thing, and their attendance went down. this year's attendance at the races was really down.

It was close to Cedar Point. Room was clean. I do feel the bathroom needs updated though. Most front desk staff were nice. Not quite sure why there was a young boy behind there with no adult present. I had to wait for someone else to get me clean towels.

The size of my room was great had 3 full beds which fit my family perfectly!

The location could of been better it had the necessities that we needed but it was just a gas station, a gas station with a little store and a McDonald's so not so much around. Needed to travel to get to the main areas.

room was specious, beds where comfortable, location was good. breakfast was good but you have to get up early if you want to get any.

The lady that was in charge if the waffle area was not pleasant at all. she was looking over your shoulder to see how many waffles you were making. If the batter machine was empty and you asked her to refill it she would get upset.

Melissa at the front desk handled my problem easily and quickly, had no qualms about going above and beyond- everyone else was super nice, i just don't have all the names.

The facility is a bit dated, but honestly, it was still super nice- the whole place was clean, from waffle-makers at breakfast to the rooms themselves- the pools are both nice and well-maintained.

The staff was very helpful and explained everything to us where everything was but for the most part the indoor pool and workout room was the best of all

it was next to a busy road and I have a 5 year old but for the most part I loved everything about it all

Can’t go wrong with Quality, receptionist was pleasant and explained all of the rules along with when Pool and breakfast are available. Also house keeping always came by at a good time when we needed something.
