The hotel is clean, David at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He was great. Coffee machine is on 24 hours.

the hotel is right off I 40 but its a little tricky to find the parking lot. The stairs from the lobby are a little uneven as in the first step is a bit higher than expected. I tripped on it the first morning. I was embarrassed and hoped no one saw it but at the same time, the guy at the desk could have asked if I was ok.

The price and convenience to restaurants and shopping areas is fantastic! The room was nice. The bed was wonderful, and had a mattress that was just right. The decor of the hotel was nice. Most of the staff greeted you with a smile. I would stay here again.

The person who checked us in did his job, but in my opinion, he was not the friendliest person in the world. The room was nice, but there was a crack in the door where light from the hallway filtered in. The door probably needs to be sealed. The hotel is stingy with the towels. If you have two people, all you get is two towels. We didn't ask for more, but we are used to having four towels whether we use them or not.

I was so happy to see that they added sausage biscuits to the breakfast menu. Yes, you have to microwave them, but it's a nice addition. Thank you!

I always ask for extra towels as a special request, and that request has always been honored. However, the man that was on duty acted as though he had a problem with that. Had it not been for the female attendant who was passing by on her way out, who acknowledged that I always get extra towels, there would have been a problem.

The location was pretty great and the rooms were very comfortable. The room was absolutely clean and the carpet did not feel dingy like at most hotels. Even some pricier and higher "standard" hotels have had dirty carpets. The rooms are small but they have all the necessities.

Breakfast seemed a little limited. I chose the hotel based on reviews about how they liked the breakfast. I think I just stayed on some bad days. We got some prepackaged pastries, heatable biscuits, coffee, juice and water. Some cereal options would've been nice as well.

We stay at this hotel often. We have found it to be a safe, comfortable, and affordable choice for a weekend getaway. We highly recommend coming here. Great location, with shopping and restaurants just around the corner.

A longer breakfast time would be ideal. The cut-off time for breakfast is 9:00 a.m.

could use a person to rectify issues. The pancake maker wasn't working correctly and the layout of the kitchen area is poor. could not get to refrigerated items because people using equipment in front of it.

The people the pool , breakfast,

we were in the room right across from the ice machine and had people filling their coolers several nights pretty late - It was quite loud. The water pressure could be stronger - showers were week and toilet struggled.

Starbucks and mcdonalds were close by. We were able to drive through and get right back on the road.

Bathroom is dated. Floor was not great. I tried to work at the desk and the AC blowing air on me made it impossible. I went to the lobby. A deflector sending the cold air up while I was working would have been wonderful.

Location was very good for our visit. Good value, nice for the price. Friendly staff.

Room was smaller than expected. No "sitting" chair, only desk chair. one of us had to sit on the bed??? Breakfast egg biscuit was good, but there was no milk or "cereal-like"whole grain item available. We usually carry our own cereal and expect a facility offering breakfast, to at least, offer milk.
