Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury

Rollout desk and TV slide were clutch! Modern adjustable thermostat was easy to use. Room and shower felt well cleaned and maintained.

Odd hatch above shower didn't close properly as it was warped and could have been easy placement for camera angled towards toilet. Elevators smelled odd during our stay until Sunday when the overpowering cleaning chemical smell made riding the elevator almost unbearable.

The place was very clean. The lobby, the elevators and the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV package was great and so was the internet. The bathroom was big and the walk in shower was amazing. The noise level from the hallway was less than other places we have stayed. There was several places within walking distance to eat which was great.

The ONLY complaint I had was they never put salt on the sidewalks and they were very dangerous. The disabled parking spaces were treacherous.(picture included)

The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the water pressure in the shower- awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a short stay but were very happy with the hotel.

TV was pretty small which we are not use to. Ice machines should be on every floor.

I have never been to a hotel where the staff was so friendly. Every single staff member that we seen not only said hey to us but asked how we were or hoped we had a great day. everything was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and spacious.

The hallways were way too hot, no air conditioning in the hallways…. That was crazy and quite uncomfortable. For the amount for the rooms the hallways should have been as pleasant as the rooms. That doesn’t balance out right.

Very clean, very nice hotel. Front desk very friendly and efficient. Had a king bed which slept great.

The room was excellent with one exception. The shower leaked large amounts of water onto the bathroom floor causing a slip and fall hazard. Reported it to the front desk who thanked for me telling them. No hot breakfast was disappointing but that can't be helped right now. Wish I had known that before I paid the extra $10. I did get coffee, a cold bagel and cream cheese. Save your money until the pandemic is over-the is a Bojangles almost next door.

I didn't have the breakfast but the hotel was all around clean and the staff was very friendly. Best compliment I can give is that I feel comfortable walking on the rug barefoot. You can tell how clean it is just by the feel.

The shower door in room 301 didn't close all the way and water got on the floor outside the door. I'm not a complainer so I just used towels to soak the water up. I know the staff would have moved me to a different room had I said something. Overall, this was not an issue and this hotel will remain my go to when staying in Salisbury.

Breakfast was adequate for these pandemic times. The Starbucks coffee was excellent!. The location was perfect: right off the highway and 5 minutes from charming Salisbury downtown.

In non pandemic times, bress as kfast vould be more varied.

The breakfast was pre bagged due to the COVID precautions however I did expect a hot breakfast. That being said the options that were given were great and the staff was exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay .
