Rodeway Inn

The Concord Inn was a very pleasant place to spend the night. It was quiet and clean with very friendly hosts. It wasn't an upscale motel, but it met all of the requirements for a nice night's sleep while traveling through the area. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as good Internet. The room rate was excellent, making our stay even better. If you need a place to stay in the area, then the Concord Inn would be a great choice.

We thought breakfast was going to be provided. They only had coffee.

The young lady that checked me in was very friendly. She greeted me with a warm smile, felt very warming. She even made a last minute change to ensure that we were comfortable. The clerk that weekend was warming as we, he even offered to take our coffee back to our room and held a pleasant conversation as we walked. The main issue I did not like was the housekeeper beating on our bedroom door like she was the police. It was after 10 am, I guess we should have been up and moving. We were resting so good, we didn't even realize it was almost 11 am. Great staff, quiet area and very comfortable sleep and rest during our stay!!!

I didn't like the steep hill I had to walk up to the office nor walking down returning to my room.

The staff explained that breakfast was new feature, so we weren't disappointed. The coffee was good. There were only a few edible options. Maybe adding some fruit would be an easy addition. We had a great conversation time with the clerk while we enjoyed our coffee and bagels.

There were folks out by the parking lot that chose to gather, drink beer and play music. Since it was a Saturday it wasn't too unexpected. Once we got into our room though, we couldn't really hear them and no one bothered us during the night with loud noises or raucous behavior, so we slept well. Since showering and sleeping off a long day were our main objectives, we were still happy. If there was an elevator, that would have been nice to use.

Excellent customer service. Room service was provided daily. This is all that I was looking for.

Bed was hard but doable. Everything was positive about this place, nothing to complain about at all. Have to type another line for this to stick.

Staff was super friendly and location was central to everything (Highway, food, shopping). Room was not brand new but it was very clean and the property was tidy. Microwave and Fridge in the room. Parking situation was perfect I was steps from my room.

All this there was nice.Then everyone minded their own business.

The pool was closed for remodeling.That's really the only thing that was bad to me.

Was under the impression there would be a pool. Half the hotel seemed to be under construction.
