The cleanliness was a big plus. The staff was good noise level not so much. Someone had a pool party in the wee morning hours. We didn't complain some things happen at times and could be unavoidable. Overall we were pleased but cleanliness was number 1 for us.

I booked 2 King rooms close to each other/on the same floor and we were checked into double queens on the 2nd and 4th floors. We were traveling with 2 small children and it made things difficult being so far apart. Lots of elevator trips at bedtime. We brought our own pack-n-play and inflatable for the boys. The room on the 4th floor was a bit cramped as we had to wedge the pack-n-play between the beds. We just had the 3 yo sleep on the extra queen in out room because they didn't have the space in their room. We were not informed of the change at check in and when I went down to ask about the room change there was a long line of people checking in so I opted to just make the most of it. We were here visiting my daughter and her husband, not realizing at the time of booking that it was a big NASCAR weekend. We made it work and enjoyed our visit.

room was little tight limited drawer space the fridge, microwave and compact coffee maker were in awkward spot bathroom didn’t have working vent , toilet had a wiggle about it and spout for tub wasn’t seated properly like it should have been door to the room had a pretty good gap down the latch side , didn’t need a night light because light from hallway shining through, lol

very clean room and facilities— gym is tiny but has machines…
the elevators are a little small and one button operates both—not a deal breaker, but be willing to take the stairs during a busy time…there was a wedding party and concert goers here at the same time so the issue was evident.
