The Queen wasn’t ready. So they allowed me to stay in a King free of charge! Nice and quiet location. May look run down, but not in a really bad way. The buildings are painted and everything is in great condition for the most part, it’s just in a small town and it’s not the fanciest of places but it’s really nice inside. And it has Everything that you expect from a hotel. And the place does have its charm. It reflects what the whole town of Dunn is; Quiet with some old charm. And lots of food options close by!

Bed was very comfortable. It was clean. At least, we checked for bedbugs and didn't see any evidence of any critters. Location was great, close to I95 and restaurants both on the same lot and across the street. Staff was pleasant.
The room felt unclean...bathroom floor was wet and sticky, and there was residual dirt in the corners. Carpet looked 20+ years old and we were not sure it hadn't been under water at some point in the past.

Friendly staff and location is a plus. Restaurant attached to hotel. Located near IGA, Starbucks and Cracker Barrel. Price was not bad for a last minute booking.
A little outdated but not bad. No pool so that's a factor. Towels were a little small and thin. Beds are not comfortable.

Staff was nice. Place looked run down. Walls and doors had cracks. Breakfast was inadequate for what they advertise. I know it's difficult in Covid but still bad selection of items to eat.
