Quality Inn & Suites Biltmore East

Overall everything was great it was quiet nice breakfast bar which was well supplied food was prepared and satisfying

Got locked out room key wouldn't open door had to stay outside for hours staff came try to open the door but couldn't be used something to charge battery in door that didn't work he said something was wrong with the lock and he would have to call mechanic finally he got door open told us to put something in the door if we left the room he also tried to find us another room but none was available but overall everything was great

Lindsay was awesome. I expressed a worry about the traffic noise and she immediately moved us to a room that I thought would be quieter. Explained everything in great detail. Breakfast was great. As soon as something was getting low it was replaced. We stayed in two other hotels during this trip that were a different chain from yours. The floors were dirty. Peeling paint. We were blown away by how clean our room at your hotel was. Looked like it was brand new! We were very pleased with the staff and the hotel itself. Would recommend this hotel. Price was very reasonable too.

Breakfast was ok but not the usual wonderful. Had to ask for many food items due to broken cooler that was not fixed all week.

Parking is awful . Most of my stay I wasn't able to park near my room. Stayed in a handicapped room with handicapped parking several spots downhill from room. Room was far from the lobby and with mobility issues it was hard to get to for breakfast. No handicapped room close to lobby.

Breakfast was actually damn. Upon check in the front desk woman was very knowledgeable, helpful and very kind!

Even though it was no fought of Quality Inn directly persay, but I was charged twice for my one night stay. I have yet to get any compassion from either you, Quality Inn higher ups or my casapp account. That is very disappointing to me, no one seems to car that little ole me that has nothing( living in my car for the first time) and decided to to splurge on a motel room and a hot shower.

Clean room. The bed was comfortable. The food was good, a rather large variety for continental. Loved the waffles. Staff was super nice! Price was nice too.

I did not like my room. It was very small. I took an upgrade that I wish I hadn't. My room was upstairs at the very end facing the woods. I felt so isolated. It was difficult toting luggage up those stairs and all the way down the walk way. I'm 61. I know to be more specific next time. Not really the hotel's fault. It constantly smelled of Marijuana from the guy down the hall. They needed to mow the grass. The pet area was small and a bit dangerous, along with the tall grass.

We ended up here after the bed and breakfast we was staying at lost power and after spending the day and night in the dark we decided to find somewhere else to stay. This place was so nice they let us check in early due to the circumstances. The staff was very nice the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing

Staff amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast very good. Campus was quiet allowing for restful night. Definitely a great bargain at low prices.

Nothing. Had everything I needed for a restful night while traveling home Parking lot a little snug especially when very large trucks do not use the parking spaces offered at the upper level of lot. But that is not the fault of the hotel. Was very difficult getting our of my parking space.

All the pillows,( need a lot and helped me sleep so well) microwave,fridge,iron,towels...closeness to all kinds of stores,restaurants and I 40....swiftness of maintenance in opening door....the keys wouldn't work ( was informed later it was due to having my cell phone and key in same place which demagnetozed the key...it would be helpful to all guests if they were informed to keep door key apart from cellphone since everyone has one)...it was a good motel room and if I could would have used the gym rm which I thought was a great amenity....

The road between 2 buildings,( I was room 127) uneveness....bathroom in lobby not working when I needed it most.....too many carb choices for breakfast....was hoping for eggs.....the water bottle size in Pepsi machine...had a hard time getting it out....my room smelled of cigarette smoke...a non smoking room...

The view was awesome we got second level with a view of a mountain, everything was neatly put Together before we got there everything was clean.

there was a lot of loud people during our stay but I know the staff can’t help that. The only other thing I would say is that we booked a non-smokers room, but there were some people in the facility smoking something and it was coming through our bathroom vent. Other than that everything was good.

The location was great. It is at the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway near the visitor center and Folk Art Center as well as easy access to the highway to Biltmore and downtown Ashville. There was a gas station next door and a nice grocery/pharmacy down the road. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot.

They advertised a full breakfast which didn't quite live up to expectations. It was just wrapped pastries, breakfast bars, and a Jimmie Dean breakfast sandwich. Would have liked something more healthy and fresh fruit although the coffee and juice were good. The Waffle House nearby was better.
