Extended Stay America Suites - Fishkill - Route 9

didn’t offer a great grab and go selection rooms weren’t fully supplied. Had to keep running to front desk for blankets and sheets,pots and pans. Had to Purchase paper goods like napkins and paper towels and dish soap. I have stayed at other suite hotels and suites already were supplied with these things. No fitness room and no pool.It’s just a place to sleep.

My room was super clean! I checked every drawer and under the bed. It was amazingly clean. Not an easy task. When my iron was not working, I was immediately given a brand new one. No wait. When I returned from my first evening out, I wanted to know what time I could get coffee in the morning. Magdy sensed I was an early riser and would want coffee before 6:00 am. She immediately provided a coffee maker and coffee and assembled everything. There is a genuine feeling of care and concern at this property!

It is always nice to have an updated look and updated amenities. I wish the rooms had a whiter wall and ceiling color to make it look brighter. I prefer lighter curtains vs room darkening. A floor mirror would have helped. The hallways and rooms had a different odor; not bad, but it could have had a fresher smell.

grab and go breakfast was poor. Only had coffee,muffins, oatmeal, granola bars. All processed sugar items. No healthy choices. no drinks except coffee.

There's a stove top to cook on the room was very cozy the bed was comfortable walking distance to stores restaurants and banks.There's a laundry room in the building.

There is no oven the heat doesn't stay on too long and it is very noisy when it comes on.The heat blows to curtain up so I had to tuck the curtain on thw window ceil.I'll have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes at the front desk before someone show up.

Everything was convenient and very clean. Staff were also very professional and extremely helpful. Definitely a good place for one night or many!

What we have seen so far, the breakfast was a little slim. At 830 the coffee and creamer were empty.

The location was just down the street from work so I was able to sleep in and have an easy morning. Parking wasn’t an issue. Everything smelled and looked clean. Upon arrival, Manda at the front desk made my night. She was so helpful. She brought me a coffee machine for my room so I can have some fresh coffee in the morning. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I needed that kind and genuine service. I was having a rough day. Her customer service brought my mood up. She did an excellent job. There was enough noise for me to know there were other guests in rooms close to mine but after 10pm, everything was so quiet that I could sleep without any problems. It was one of the best sleeps I’ve had in months. The room was well heated, bed and blanket was super comfortable and cozy. I really have nothing to complain about.

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

We always enjoy our stay, room is clean and plenty of space, bathroom is always clean, The kitchen, refrigerator are cleaned and well maintained. Overall it's a great place to stay, staff is always friendly and ready to help you with your needs. This is our third stay and it wont be our last.

Their was nothing to complain about it was great

Location was great, everything you need right there, Walmart, Dunkin, Starbucks and much more. Also Main St. Fishkill is a short walk away. There are some great walking trails too. Place was clean, I liked that you have the option to open the windows for fresh air. We booked a 1 bedroom suite , room 209 it was really nice! Will definitely be staying here in the future.

Perfect location. Eating spots within walking distance. Walmart just down the street. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Manda at the front desk was outstanding. She brought me a coffee machine and stuff for my room. Everything was clean and presentable. Manda made my stay very comfortable.

Heater was loud and fan in bedroom was a little too much. The humming was not very pleasant. Wasn’t able to turn it off.

Didn't have breakfast at the motel. Went out for breakfast. The location was good.a

All in all a good a good stay. Nothing the motel could do about the fire alarm going off on my last night, but at least it worked and nobody got hurt ( false alarm ) so I guess that was a good thing.
