Staff were super. In fact they were fantastic.

Restaurant for dinner. Had to eat in bar area. They were truly under staff. Carpets need cleaning or should be replaced

First, the staff was marvelous and most professional. Diego assisted us most of the time and he was awesome at it. The ladies that were present for excellent. We would certainly recommend this to friends and if we return we will certainly go back to the same place. The Buffay breakfast was fantastic Everything was always fresh very tasty. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

Well, that could’ve been some snow for us but that’s not the fault of the hotel

There was nothing that could have been improved... our room was so comfortable and quite... my husband and I found ourselves even "sleeping in" (til 8:30 LOL..) since we were on a mini vacation, that's exactly what we both needed... your staff from all departments were simply amazing

Everything was perfect!! From first being greeted with such a wonderful "Welcome" from the Receptionist... to our clean and very comfortable room... our weekend get away was perfect

Breakfast was exceptional. Our room was comfortable. Love, Love the complimentary delicious cookies!

The inside of the coffee/tea maker was dirty and grimy. I cleaned the inside part where it holds water before I used it to make tea. While I was at it, I wiped down the whole unit. Suggestions: Clean and Sanitize coffee makers.

Nice lobby and friendly staff. We loved the balcony.

Please put a towel return on both sides of the pool. Only one towel return was available on opposite side, this seemed to lead to many used towels left all around pool.

The lobby was 100 degrees. The ac until cover was falling off. It was not a bad stay, it just wasn’t what I Usually get from a Hilton or Marriott property. It was about $80 over priced for the quality.

It wasn’t super clean. Counter was sticky when we checked in. I give it a 7 or 8 of 10. It’s just not a 10 or worth $180 a night.

The front desk gentlemen was very attentive and honored our Hilton Honors status and gave us our upgrade without question. I have two little girls, so the pool was definitely something that they enjoyed. We will recommend this property for sure.

We are from Ohio and were celebrating our 50th wedding Anniversary. We loved EVERYTHING about our visit. Our room was very clean and comfortable! Our breakfast was AMAZING and we loved the Lounge! We would like to thank Anthony at the front desk for all of his help! We plan to visit again soon!

Nice hotel overall .... really, it is a little dated but kept up very well.

Ice maker never worked after a 3 day stay, staff was excellent I thought, hotel just seems a bit dated but not is a horrible way.

Very nice,upscale hotel. Rooms were spacious with a little balcony.

My debit card was charged for the room and then charged again for $50 With no explanation or notification that this would happen. Staff acted like were not really sure what the reason. Upon checkout, I inquired again and all I got from the desk clerk was an assurance it would be back in my account in 3-5 days but no evidence on my receipt that it was ever debited from my account. Very Unprofessional behavior for a hotel like Sheraton.
