Hampton Inn Ridgefield Park

Clean and comfortable. Nice beds and pillows. Breakast is good. And close to Manhattan. Gad station right next to it.

The only thing is the entrance. Must be very careful since is right off the hwy. And cars honking behind. Must slow down when you are getting closer to the hotel so you can turn into it.

Super clean, plenty of parking, room was nice and the lights lit up the room perfectly. Staff was helpful and the breakfast options were great. I forgot my hair brush and the complimentary comb at the front desk saved me.

No wash cloths but I’m seeing this more and more of hotels not providing them automatically. Housekeeping never came up with some when we asked the front desk

The breakfast was hot and taste great. Nice compliment to my stay!

The pool area was dirty as well as the pool water didn’t smell fresh! Needed chlorine! Tiles was falling from the ceiling from what seem to be water damage during breakfast time! All I could imagine was it was water from a overflowing toilet!

Excellent customer service from check-in. The front desk agents are alll very friendly. I believe Joseph was the manager during my stay and he does just that. I had the opportunity to experience what real hotel management looks like 👍🏽.

My only complaint is that the pool was being serviced..kids were disappointed. Also, no bacon for breakfast..lol.

I love the hotel itself. The check in was quick and fast. Kelly is wonderful. I has spoken to ger earlier, the day I was arriving just to ask if the pool was open. She explained that you have to check in for pool time. They are scheduled per hour which was awesome. I was able to have pool time to myself which was awesome to me dye to the fact that since the Covid I had not been out in society and this was my first time coming out if my house with my husband. It took a lot out of me but Kelly definitely made me feel great. KUDOS TO KELLY! The other workers are superb, very respectful and tentative.

The fact that the clock in the pool room didn't work so I had to keep coming out to look at my phone for the time left on my pool time.

Breakfast was ok. We were allowed to check out a little later. So we got back the time we waited for check in. We were very grateful, we had an early morning function to attend . Was able to come and get our luggages.

Check in time. Had was to wait because room was not ready.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Amenities- great-breakfast was phenomenal-making waffles was fun-there was a very large selection(fruit, hot and cold cereal, breads-muffins-english muffins and more. Tea, coffee, juice, etc. Room was very comfortable. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you.

Raquel at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Along with the other young man, I didn’t get his name. 10/10 customer service. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Gas station across the way was convenient. I would book again.

a.c and phone didn’t work in the room, wasn’t extremely bothered by it. Just a tad annoying. Once I told Raquel at the front desk she had maintenance look at the A.C and fixed it for us. Phone wasn’t fixed but I just used my cell when I needed to phone the front desk.
