Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bus to Manhattan nearby. Staff helpful.

Breakfast was nothing special. Our room was just beside a very noisy AC unit on the roof and was very loud all night despite windows firmly shut. In hindsight we should’ve asked to change room.

Room Was spacious and cozy . There were a lot of places where to eat near the hotel. NYC Center could be easily reached with the bus 158 (9,00$ round trip, bus stop 200 meters far from the hotel) . it takes 20/25 minutes

Perfect location for visiting NYC without paying a fortune within NYC for a hotel. Close to the Weehawken Port Imperial for the NY Waterways

The location is more than perfect. Only few minutes drive to my favorite Japanese grocery store. Easy drive to New York city. We chose to go to NYC on a Sunday so no problem with traffic at all. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. I like the high quality shower gel they provided. Everyone working in the hotel were friendly and helpful. No problem with check in and check out. The bathroom is spacious. I like the kitchen area which was very practical, you get a microwave, stove, fridge, sink and pans and pots, dinnerwares and utensils. I really like the indoor parking which has direct access from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast has many choices of fresh fruits (Banana, apple, orange, fruit salad with pineapple and melon) and they have many variety of food for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again in my next NYC trip.

For some reason the air conditioning blows right toward my head while in bed, and there is no way to change the direction of air flow from the air conditioning. I needed to turn it off when sleeping. The bathroom was a bit outdated but functioning well. I also found the water flow from the shower is a bit too low. There is no kettle in the kitchen but I managed to boil water in the microwave.

Staff were friendly. Michelle, Adam and Carlos at front desk were wonderful! Ino kept breakfast food stocked and brought me a box so I could bring food up to my kids. Gabriel kept lobby, restaurant and hallways looking very clean. It's so nice to find a hotel were all of the staff are friendly to guests. I really appreciate large bottles of soap, shampoo etc... much less plastic waste.

Our ac was not running properly our second night. Room was at 80 degrees at 1130pm. Adam from front desk had come up earlier to try to help adjust thermostat. When it didn't cool down, Carlos the overnight front desk clerk was great about finding us a room to sleep in for the night.

Breakfast was good for 3 of us but was nothing GF for my husband except fruits and yogurt. The hotel will attract more customers if they will include in the breakfast GF menu and I do not mean cereal. The room was great the best of the 3 hotels we booked for our vacation. The location was very nice, safe, clean and quiet.

I wished GF menu would have been provided besides fruits and coffee. I bet are ways to make the eggs and the potatoes GF

The Room was very comfortable, especially the chairs. The location was especially good even if you did not have a car, I did. There were so many stores, shops and restaurants within walking distance. There was even an outdoor mall less then 10 minutes away and the views from the windows were great.

Did not like that the gym needed to be requested 24hours before hand. There also wasn't a hot breakfast just muffins and bakery items wrapped up. They could have had kitchen staff serve hot food items and not have guests do so on their own, part of the reason for the price was the "free breakfast"

The breakfast was lovely. Healthy options too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I like where the hotel is situated as it’s close to the two shopping areas and food places as well as the bus stops and ferry terminals. It was great staying there rather than in Manhattan as much quieter and just as scenic at a cheaper price. Our room was very big and our beds were extra comfortable.

States there is a jacuzzi when it’s been removed. Other than this, I am very happy with our choice to stay here.

Everything but the shower was wonderful. The location is great. The hotel is lovely inside. Check in is very efficient. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Elevators are quick. Hallways nice and bright and clean. The rooms are extremely well appointed and very clean. We had a great stay and would come again.

Constructive feedback - The water pressure in the shower was extremely disappointing. Like someone sprinkling a water can on you. Not what you'd expect staying with Hilton. Very difficult to rinse your hair or wash the lower half of your body. Everybody wants a good shower at the end of a long day. Also, a suggestion...now during Covid restrictions, there should be coffee supplies so each guest can have 2 cups of coffee (or tea) in their room in the morning. In our room (801) the drapes by the bed have somebody's dirty finger stains on them and should be changed.
