Ocean Club Hotel

The restaurant and meals there were excellent. The staff there were very friendly and attentive. The hotel staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful to have help with luggage. While we did not use the pool, we loved having a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. We also enjoyed listening to the music. The bedroom was poolside and very comfortable.

I think that it was pricey. Also the hallways were narrow and there was only one elevator. The bathroom was very small and no grab bars for help or safety. The toilet was very low.

Great place to stay with all of the modern conveniences located right across from the ocean. Every room has a great view and there is comfort throughout. The best time to visit is in the off season, better value and less people!

Attention to detail can showcase a hotel's overall quality. Some of the items in the room had some wear and tear. Nothing major but I think for the higher price, it should be addressed in a timely manner.

The view from our 4th floor balcony was incredible. Welcoming sunrise's over the ocean and gorgeous sunsets to end the day. Location, location, location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Andy overnight especially! He helped guide us into the parking after a 15hr drive and made check in smooth and quick.

The room was basic. No microwave was a bit of a letdown. Water pressure in shower is weak.

Balcony view was perfect, room size was great with TV room. Restaurant staff were super nice and the guests at bar were very nice also. We love to walk, and the distance from the hotel to the wonderful shops and fun Restaurants suited our style (almost a mile of great Victorian homes to enjoy along the way) felt safe and homey Loved it

The price was high for off season. But I understand

The property is conveniently located on Beach Ave. walk across to the ocean or hangout at the pool. Food/beverage service at both areas. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Food was good as well.

The only thing I wish were different was the location of the living room area in the suite. It would be nice if the bathroom was at the door so the rest of the floor plan was open and exposed to the ocean view.

property is right on the beach, parking is convenient and free. rooms are renovated and clean. there’s a restaurant on premises.

i stayed in room 417 which was right next to the ice machine, it was super loud to listen to people constantly getting ice

We like that this hotel is modern. The views and amenities and parking are always great. We return every year.

i always seem to have issues with the pull out bed for our daughter, but the staff always takes care of everything.

oceanfront location and balcony. Breakfast was very good. Easy to get to and having parking lot and elevator in a convenient location. Would have liked to sit by the pool because it looked inviting but it was too windy out.

Super clean, gorgeous view, staff very friendly and amendable! We throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! Nice touches of class, completed met our expectations and then some!

That our time was over. We will be back! 😉. Loved it all.

Bathroom too small single vanity. 4” plus high step over sliding door to balcony, it’s a trip hazard. Bike racks need to be directly under room areas in back of hotel, they were out of sight during our visit. We kept our bikes locked on car rack, inconvenient .
