Hampton Inn Omaha/West Dodge Road, Old Mill

The hotel was clean as was our room. The breakfast was good and the employees were working hard to keep it stocked and fresh. The staff was very nice and helped immediately when needed

We could hear our neighbors, although I'm not sure if that was a hotel thing or a very loud neighbor issue, but thankfully it was only during the daytime hours. The pool was closed when we arrived and this would have been nice to know ahead of time (although it didn't directly impact our stay) and the parking lot is very small.

The breakfast chef Dennis was awesome. My 8 yr old had been talking about bavon at breakfast since we checked in. When we arrived to the dining room the was no bacon on that day, but nevertheless Dennis made him some bacon, and brought him more when he finished off the first plate 😁. Plus the other food avaliable was delicious. It made the extra $30 over a cheap hotel worth it. He also gave us some info on things to do in Omaha and he was right, we had a blast.

It was easy to get to as it was near the main road of town, Dodge Rd. Therefore it was easy to find our way around from there. The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was very good, and the gentleman in that area was so friendly and helpful and accomodating. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, especially the young gentleman on the afternoon shift. He was super!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was GREAT with a good selection of hot and cold offerings (including the waffle makers - love those!). The breakfast is one of the reasons we often choose a Hampton Inn when traveling. A definite plus. Keep up the good work!

All was good, very nice property. Only issue was bathtub surface was VERY slippery. Should have a non-slip shower mat included as standard.

I paid more by going through booking.com I found out I could have paid less by booking direct so I will not do that again.

easy to get to from the south, room was quiet & bed slept well. Breakfast is always good at Hampton Inns!

around elevators could use some cleaning or painting. They looked scuffed up. The gal at the front desk could’ve been more welcoming & informative about breakfast, checkout, etc

The peace and quiet, breakfast was wonderful. Miss parables one of Omaha's best place to shop. Booked your hotel for its good reputation and nearness to Parables, sorry it's gone.

Friendly staff

Mechanical sounds at 4:30 am that lasted 30 minutes and loud continuous roar of what sounded like the motor of a big rig that warmed up before 6 am for 30 min. This happened both nights of our stay.

We were very happy with the cleaning protocols and sealed rooms. Excellant job. We have stayed at other various hotels during the past 3 months. The Hampton-old mill /Hilton property was the only property to have cleaned sealed rooms. This really increases the confidence and comfort level of our stay. Also not to forget the sack breakfast that were available. This property was the only property to provide this as an option. Thank you for great customer service and going the extra mile.

Another awesome Hampton Inn! Clean, comfortable and spacious room! Staff was friendly! I chose this property because it was close to where I needed to be the next day and it didn't disappoint.

A little road noise from Expressway being right there but nothing else!
