The staff at this hotel are always very friendly and helpful. I like that you have a computer for the public to use. Your fitness room is well equipped and I'm glad to have a place to work out.

I'd like to see a hot sit down breakfast like the old days and it would be nice to have a little longer time slot for the breakfast hours, like at least till 9:30 instead of just till 9:00. Some of us like to sleep in.

The room was very clean,carpet in great shape, bed was very good for us, front desk allowed me to see room before checkin, breakfast was several choices to carry out.We were short drive from downtown restaurants but not difficult drive. Glad we stayed as I was nervous based on some earlier reviews. Great for short stays .

The gal that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were on the third floor and it was nice and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the very nice breakfast. They served a rather full breakfast including, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and scrambled eggs.

The heater in the room would not automatically shut off, like the thermostat didn't work. So we had to shut it off manually because it got too warm and then during the night, we got cold. There was a couple hairs in the bathtub. Ugh. And while the breakfast was very good, I think you should extend your hours to serve it from 6-9 till 6-10.

I registered late at night, office staff very good. Room was clean and everything I needed was there. I brought my dog and the walking area was accessible and met her needs (even provided a prairie dog for her enticement - but don't worry, she was on leash). The hotel was near where I was meeting the next morning. Checkout was easy, again, with kind, knowledgable staff.

I should have turned off the air conditioning - that was on me. I wish another blanket would have been provided. The night office lady's handwritten room number was hard to read, her 5 looked like a 9 or a 7. So I finally called her after my door key didn't work.

Hot water came relatively quick, Light switches worked well. Refrigerator performed well. There was parking available late at night. Card Key worked well in room door & outside door.

Lack of enough lights, not bright enough in room. Pull switch from bathtub water to shower water didn't work very well. Room price was too high, as they all are in Billings.

Absolutely no cleaning during the 5 nights we were there. I had to catch someone to be able to get fresh towels/washcloths.

The bed was comfortable the shower was nice.

There was a beer in the fridge and blood on the curtain and wall.

We reserved a non-smoking room when we booked our stay, but when we arrived to our room it wreaked of smoke. We requested for a room change and the front desk gal was very good about allowing us to switch rooms to a different one down the hall. The rooms are pleasant and have all your basic necessities. They didn't have the complimentary breakfast set up in the dining room like normal due to COVID, but provided you with paper bags & you could choose what you wanted to add to the bag. The breakfast was decent but definitely not gourmet..

My side table lamp was not plugged in when I arrived, but when I tried to plug it in, I couldn't find a plug-in on my side of the bed & it wouldn't reach the other side, so that was pretty inconvenient. But, as I was doing this, I noticed a dirty Kleenex and some items left under the bed from previous stays - pretty gross to me.. I did leave them a note to check behind & underneath the furniture, so hopefully they improve on this for future guests.

We typically don’t stay at Super 8’s but after looking at the website and reading the reviews we decided to roll the dice! We really enjoyed our 5 nights there. Very clean, great staff and the location was great. Bog shout out to Brittany who worked nights. She went above and beyond every time we had a question or request.

Bathroom was a little small. But not that big of a deal. I would definitely stay there again! We got a really good deal through Booking.com we had to room for five nights for about 750 bucks. Unbelievably cheap. We are so happy that we stay there
