Billings Hotel & Convention Center

The food was really good. The bar had live music that was wonderful and the drinks were reasonably priced. The in-house coffee shop should be standard in all hotels. The staff was very helpful and the kids loved the slides. The room had more lighting than most and it was quite.

The room and hallways were a little dingy and could use some maintenance and cleaning. The facility appeared to have really good security, except most of it was not in working order. Things like locked exterior doors with a key pad were open.

Everything was great with the checking process and the rooms and pool were amazing.

The restaurant inside the motel needs improvement staff wise. The food was cold and they completely forgot my daughters meal after being reminded 30 minutes later the food still was not delivered nor was there an apology. We ordered 7 meals and 4 arrived first then 15 minutes later 2 more arrived and we never did receive my daughters meal. When we paid we made sure we were not charged but no apology or anything was offered. We would stay here again but we would not eat in the restaurant again.

We were traveling cross country with a 5 year old. Great place to stay with kids. The pools were open late. They had an on site restaurant and bar and live music. The food was good and although checking in took a bit longer due to technical issues the staff were helpful and kind and gave us drink tokens for waiting so long. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we appreciated that they were open till 10 since we checked in so late. We had Dinner in the restaurant, the food was good as was the service. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and clean the pool was a blast for my kids and I with many trips down the slide! The bed was so comfy and even the hide a bed was comfortable! The shower had great water pressure! Absolutely loved the place!

I can't think of much that I didn't like while it was a bit expensive it was worth it!

We chose this hotel for it's location on our route from Hill City, South Dakota to Glacier National Park in Montana. It was very clean and the pool was a big hit. With 2 large waterslides, my kids were exhausted at the end of both our nights here! We interacted with Mark, one of the hotel employees, who was constantly hustling around tending to the needs of guests. He was wonderful, helpful, and respectful. The front desk agents were friendly, but not as responsive to guest needs as Mark.

We got an early start on the day we checked out, and while there was a restaurant on site, I wish there was a continental breakfast included with the stay so we could grab a small snack before hitting the road.

We loved the room. Very big and clean. Super comfortable!!

The room lighting could have been brighter. The hot water was hard to get sometimes.

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous to my friend and I as we were in the middle of our cross country drive. They made sure that we were taken care of and happy with our accommodations.

We love the space of the room, size of the tv, and the water slides.

Only somewhat negative was when asked if we could check in an hour early days prior. We were told we would be charged a whole extra day. Thought this was strange since other hotels in the area have accommodated this request for more than an hour from our previous visits to the area. Also seemed liked there were people sneaking into the pool area that weren’t guests. They waited till they could catch a door from someone with a key card.

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was some confusion with the booking and, between the desk staff and Booking.com customer service, everything was sorted in an efficient manner.

Property was clean worth so much to do, with a restaurant, coffee shop, pool area, casino, and a laundry facility. The staff was superb. The bed and pillows were super comfortable!
