Quality Suites Kansas City International Airport

Room was clean the bed was fabulously comfortable .THE huge problem was there WAS NOT an Internet connection to charge phones or use laptop in each room you had to go down to the desk to charge your phone very inconvenient. The bathroom was very clean. Room was cool an comfortable. The sitting area was very nice and comfortable The table was large enough to have our dinner delivered and comfortably eaten

NO Internet ports in the room to charge your phone, AND UNABLE to work on your personal laptop. This service is not available in this hotel it was very inconvenient

Nice clean room and bathroom shower facilities.

Getting charged additional security deposit and this not being released off my debit credit card after asking they said they have not changed me but I can clearly see it's been debited from card as a direct charge. They already had my card on file from the booking, so this was not needed directly by the hotel. No food available at the hotel other than a vending machine that next to nothing other than chips, biscuits and pop drinks.

room was clean, didn't check out the breakfast, not sure of they had any due to COVID restrictions. Front desk staff was very nice and efficient. Room had a fridge, microwave and kitchen area plus a couch/suite area- bigger than I expected!

At one point there was a sign at the front desk that read that they had to take off on a shuttle run to the airport and apologies for the inconvenience. Maybe they were short staffed but leaving the front desk of a hotel completely unmanned seems odd.

Nice and quiet! The room was perfect for our needs! Bed was very spacious and comfy! Breakfast was a good variety as well! Everyone enjoyed making waffles 🧇, cereal, juice, yogurt, donuts, uncrustables, coffee and more! Housekeeper was amazing and works her butt off!

This property was close to the airport and affordable. The shuttle picked me up from the rental car area which was an added bonus. The staff was amazing. I only caught Danny‘s name but the other two women both for the evening and morning were equally friendly and helpful! My room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels in the air-conditioning worked great! Just what I needed for a quick night stay before my flight.

Although the facility was super clean and I liked my room it had a distinct mildew smell. I kept trying to figure out if it was perhaps the cleaner or sanitizer because visibly the room was spotless! That was my only complaint.

The hotel over all was very clean and the bed was very comfy.

The breakfast wasn't the best, pretty much all junk food. The website should be updated to say that the pool is permanently closed. My family as well as several other guest I spoke to were very disappointed.

The staff was AMAZING! Very friendly and welcoming. They are great at what they do. I've stayed in hotels all over the country and I've encountered staff at them all. Some loved there job and you could tell. While others got annoyed and downright rude because I interrupted their nap by showing up to my reservation. Y'all ROCK. I'll definitely be back!! The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed...

They were a little short staffed during my stay. I thought the front entrance could have benefited from a blower, and housekeeping was a bit absent. I was there with family we had 2 rooms for 3 days, we did get what we needed from housekeeping we just had to go ask.

Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was fast and tasty, room was clean (other than the vent in the A/C unit) and location was very quiet for being near the airport.

Kleenex box in the room was empty. Ice machine and vending locations not noted on in-room map. Parking lot was in need of painting and repair. Front entrance benches had cigarette butts and trash around them.

Staff was asleep on a couch outside of rooms at 5:00 am. We had questions at check out that couldn’t be answered, despite ringing the bell, due to staff member sleeping. Clients just had to leave room keys unattended on the desk for check out. Seems like a security risk.

Very close to airport, quiet. For about the same price, you can park your car in their parking lot and they will shuttle you to airport. The rooms are very big too.

If they are shuttling someone to the airport, you may have to wait for their return to get desk assistance (such as checking in).
