Everything from the newness of the renovated facilities to the cleanliness and the staff. Not forgetting the awesome breakfast and the chef responsible. Kudos!

I never saw any bugs or roaches during my stay, which is excellent. However, the waste baskets in the room should be emptied EVERYDAY so that, over time, there won't be a buildup of roaches and bugs inside the rooms.

Close to KC airport. Robin, the woman working in the breakfast area, was very sweet and accommodating and did a great job of keeping everything well stocked and clean. Roberto also helped when I was looking for something.

The only complaint we had was that our room was next to the ice maker and we could occasionally hear ice being dumped. It was only a minor problem because we had the room fan running and it covered the ice noise. Other issue was with other guests being loud at 4:00 am as they were getting around to head to airport and that definitely is not a bad reflection on the the hotel. I’ll stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel to stay at. The room was nice and laid out. The bed was nice and comfortable, and plenty of pillows. There was air conditioning, which also doubles as a heater during colder days. The bath was nice, with a shower option; water was nice and warm. Plenty of storage space for clothing and accessories; with draws and hangers used for storage. The pool is nice and big; with a lift if needed. Breakfast wise there is a good selection available, with a few hot items, and plenty of cereal, fruit and yogurts. They have tea and coffee options, with apple and orange juice, as additional options. There is a small shop found in the lobby, selling a few snacks, and simple dinners.

Nothing that I can think of.

Room was very clean. We could hear the people next to our room but nothing too extreme. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The ladies tending the breakfast area were rude. We got to have breakfast 15 minutes prior to breakfast closing and you could tell they didn’t like it. My kid went to grab a banana and the lady immediately put the fruit basket away.

It was good. Eggs were too salty though. Should probably look into getting at least one non-pork option for meat. Otherwise, everything else was good.

I didn’t like the fact that internet was not provided on the tv as stated. I wasn’t able to sign in and watch Netflix or YouTube as advertised for the entire four days I was there. They probably shouldn’t advertise it if it’s not available. Also, pillows are a little too soft. Other than that everything else was fine.

Newly renovated hotel. Comfortable, clean and new! Shuttle service to the airport was always on time. We've stayed there twice. They also have a park n fly fee to leave your car.

Nightly parking fee if you leave your car should be cheaper than $9.. but it's very convenient.

The staff were polite, and even helped serve breakfast in the morning to maintain COVID sanitation protocols and prevent people from touching things. The room was fairly spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The location of this hotel is somewhat inconvenient, unless you are going to/coming from the airport. To be fair, this is clear from the name of the property. However, there were also not many food options nearby according to Google maps, which meant we had to drive in to find something to eat.

The property had a bus to take us to our airline and we could leave our car there all week. Their breakfast was excellent! The staff was very nice! The room and bed were very comfortable.

The lady that made breakfast was an absolute delight. So sweet and caring. Loved her, wish I'd asked for her name.

The view from the window behind the property was a bit sad. So much trash in the grass. If we had time I would have gone back there and cleaned it all up.

Our room was a reasonably spacious king bedroom. It was divided so there was a discrete sitting area. TV was very large and could be swiveled to either the bed or the sitting area. Location was quiet, but very near the airport. Staff was very friendly, and the price paid was less than I had paid for worse accommodations elsewhere.

There wasn't anything of the facilities we used. The breakfast could have been better, but I don't fault the hotel as they were in covid-19 mode and some choices were restricted.
