Hampton Inn & Suites Country Club Plaza

We had schedule to stay here on our way out west, but after our stay I schedule to stay in the same location coming home. It was nice quite but you could easily get to everything we scheduled to do. The front desk clerk (I think his name was Logan) took the time to answer questions make suggestion. He was the one who also checked us in the second time and gave us an room upgrade. Breakfast is great.

If there is a complaint then it is really petty but you have to switch elevators to get from rooms to parking garages.

As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, we opted for the King suite to give us a little extra space. The teens used the couch and we brought a camp mattress. They had plenty of room and their own TV in the front living area. It included a little bar with dorm fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We parents had our own area with a King bed and our own TV. It was very clean, newly updated interior/decor, and we loved the space! The King mattress was newer, and I slept better on it than I ever have in any other hotel ever. It was fabulous. We enjoyed the breakfasts, and the pool with balcony area. (the pool was all stainless steel--weird...so the bottom of the pool was quite slippery. If my kids had been little, that would have been an issue, I think.)

Honestly, our experience was fabulous, but the prices are so incredibly high for families right now to be able to afford a small get-away. We understand that inflation is hurting everyone, but wow, so expensive for just 2 nights away.

Everything was very clean. Loved having a pool to cool off in. Location was great. Parking garage was included which it should have been. And great breakfast for hungry boys. The front desk staff and the support staff we encountered in the halls and elevators could not have been more gracious and helpful. Top notch staff. Very friendly and helpful.

They have a laundry room. But only 1 washer and 1 dryer Thats insane. They need that on every floor. Or a room with several machines. Was almost impossible to use because it was always full 🙁

The suite with the living and beds separated was great for our family of 5. Our son stayed on the hideaway bed in the living room and said it was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and there appeared to be enough staff to keep up with traffic and cleanup between customers eating. We arrived too late in the evening and left too early to use the pool. Most went down to the fitness center early in the morning and said that was clean and we'll stocked for equipment and that the pool looked nice. The underground parking was also great!

It's winter and our heater did not work the first two nights . Thank god, the property was insulated. A maintenance guy came up and said it wasn't set to winter and it worked. 5 day stay need service once at least.

As a family of 7 it’s tough to find large enough accommodations. This space met our needs with enough beds and additional space and was clean. The pool was large with a large pool deck with lots of towels and chairs and wasn’t too hot and humid, noisy or overcrowded. The breakfast was great with many hot options and good coffee! Many staff available, friendly and helpful!

The staff gave great suggestion to go and visit. The cleaning service girl was very friendly and professional. Loved the location and parking of are car. Will come back to the same hotel. Breakfast hit the spot.

Needed more Buffalo Bills signs up and the staff wear Bills clothes after the K.C. lost. LOL

The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! Every day that had different choices and very healthy!!!

The people working were so friendly and helpful-at the front desk, breakfast, and in housekeeping. Breakfast definitely exceeded our expectations. Every morning, there were different hot items available, 3 waffle irons to make Belgian waffles, and kind staff members making sure things were neat and organized and that everyone had what they needed.

The staff very friendly and hotel close to many things.

The use of since covid we no longer go into the rooms daily to clean. No trashbags in the trash cans. Also I paid for a premium room and the snacks were not properly explained to me so missed 3 days of taking advantage of what I paid for.
