Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Downtown/Convention Center

Great location, quiet room. We were on a higher floor so streetcar wasn't too loud. Many great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Difficult to navigate to building; we showed up at another Marriott property initially and when we arrived at the correct Courtyard Marriott, we were confused, as it shares a building with(/is combined with?) a Residence Inn. Overall good location and amenities for a weekend trip though!

I did not have breakfast. I had an unfortunate event at the Record Bar the night of and I left early without breakfast the next day. Your facilities were in perfect fashion. I especially liked the helpful information when I checked in. A very kind gentleman helped me with fulfillment. He was a black man with glasses and he helped me make selections on where to eat as well as my options for other activities. Made me feel at home.

There was nothing that I did not like about the Marriott. My bad experience happened at the venue that I had planned to attend. Two seperate places. Everybody was friendly at the Marriott including its' patrons.

really nice room, gym was also nice. Cocktail at bar was nice when it was open.

Starbucks on site was closed and we didn’t realize we could get free breakfast on the other side for two days. so a communication issue. housekeeping came in once which was ok but didn’t know they were coming to leave a tip. they took towels but didn’t leave new ones.

The front desk personal were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and enough space for everything. Lobby had plenty of room and sitting space. Elevators were quick.

It took me awhile to find the outlet in the bathroom, hidden by a towel and the blow dryer was hidden behind the door hanging on a towel hook. The handle for the tub didn't have a screw in it so it was a little difficult to turn on and off.

The front desk staff was very good. The young woman with short blond hair was one of the most attentive and hard working front staffers I've seen in a long time. Keep her!

Pillows are not super comfortable. No biggy.

Loved that it was near everything. clean rooms. Friendly staff. They offer valet parking $32 or a parking lot near by. Safe area. In walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants or can ride around in scooters.

The staff were amazing but by far the best part was the comfortable beds!

I was under the impression that there was free parking, but we ended up paying for valet parking. May have been an oversight on my end.

the lack of parking options other than valet. on site food options were very limited. road noise was very loud despite being on a higher floor.

The facility was very clean with updated and modern design. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

It wasn’t clear that valet parking was the only option for this facility.
