Drury Inn & Suites Cape Girardeau

I walked into the lobby upon arrival to the smell of fresh popcorn and 2 very friendly employees Chrissy and Jake! We always travel with our 2 boxers and after a fast check in, Jake asked that I please bring the boxers by the front lobby. My wiggle butts love people so of course we let them meet Jake. We didn't take advantage of the kick back tickets, to full from Thanksgiving dinner, but appreciated the fact that we could have a couple of beverages and snacks if we wanted to.

I didn't like that I was in a hurry for black Friday shopping and didn't take advantage of the great breakfast area. I took coffee to go and it was fabulous

I've stayed at this location before and again it did not disappoint. You really don't need to spend much on food while staying here as they offer a really good breakfast every morning, coffee around the clock, 3 drinks at happy hour in addition to food that could double as supper during that same evening happy hour. I have no complaints about this location or anything to do with my stay. The housekeeping staff is always nice. I needed to get extra towels and washcloths - approached them in the hallway while they were in the area and they happily made sure I got everything I needed to restock. They never made me feel like I was bothering them. The location is also great because any store you would really need is near by: Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, Academy, gas station, lots of food/coffee options, etc...lots of options!

No complaints at all. I enjoy staying at this location.

Limited full dinner. Hot Dogs. Salad, steamed vegetables. Soup. Everything need yo satisfy a families appetite. Full breakfast in the AM. Wine complimentary in the evening as well.

Would have liked a salid bar with more options. But free, can't complain. Thank you. Apple Sauce or mixed fruit in evening. Would like dimmer switch for bathroom or hall. Or night light.

Room was clean and the thermostat was located in a good place and it worked. The bath room was exceptional and very easy to access. Water temp came up quickly and was adjustable to suit the temperature that I like to shower at. I liked the pool but I didn't use it. But I thought about using it. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

I checked in a little after 7:00 pm and would have liked to had a snack and drink but they shut down the food and drinks at 7:00 so I ordered pizza instead and drank a Pepsi instead.

Location is great. Near restaurants, stores and downtown. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options to choose from. I love how big the rooms are and having the two room suite was just a bonus. The amenities you get for the price of the room is fantastic.

The view from my room and bedroom was of the maintenance area of the rooftop so I felt like I could expect people to be out there. The heater in my room was also a bit loud when it kicked on and woke me up multiple times.

Drury Inn amenities, dinner, drinks (did not use this time), good breakfast, & very friendly staff.

Our room this time was next to the gym & stairs entrance, considerable noise. Also heard quite a bit of street noise. After using real flatware, glasses, & plates at another Drury Inn, the plastic & styrofoam was disappointing & less environmentally friendly.

Absolutely fabulous bartender and breakfast attendant!! All around GREAT STAFF!!

Had room by pool... absolutely ridiculous noise from other guests!! Speakers being blared at 930 pm. Quiet time starts at 10 and staff did enforce it but with having a 530 wake up time it was almost unbearable until than!!

Hotel location great. It is convenient to a lot. property clean. Room was a suite with separate living/bedroom with 2 TV’s. I loved that. The couch was comfy. The food was great in the evening. We slept too late for breakfast. Staff were all kind. Pool and hot tub were good.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Pleasant front desk and comfortable beds. Able to park a 16 ft Penske truck with no problem. Plenty of space near the main entrance close to the outback steakhouse

Toilets very short. If you have bad knees you may want to get the handicapped room

Close to everything one would need! Plenty of restaurant options, shopping and central location to the interstate. Breakfast was great! Coffee was available downstairs all day, but would have loved to have had a coffee maker in the room. The front desk staff, the ladies at breakfast and the housekeepers were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel, overall, as well as my room, looked, felt and smelled clean. I would definitely stay here again.
