Residence Inn by Marriott West Springfield

It was clean, quiet, A LOT OF OUTLETS! Kitchen was prepped well. love the cute mini salt+mini pepper + mini dishsoap. LOTS of towels. Room SMELLED clean. I didn't feel disgusted walking barefoot. Bathtub was clean and inviting to take a soaking bath)) Once I put the sign out not to disturb, housemaids didn't even knock or bother to "check in", which I was looking forward to (in some other hotels they still know even if you put the sign out). LOTS of pillows of different comfort level, soft, tightly packed, large, small AND ALL SMELLED CLEAN but not of chemicals, just clean.

A spider, stains on bed headboard from cleaning solution that wasn't wiped thoroughly, tv wasn't working (it turned on and off, but no channels), no clear instructions how to make it work.

Very clean , comfortable beds and space in rooms. The staff , especially nick !! He went above and beyond on helping us find a few things in area and was very nice and welcoming

Nothing was open , as in Pool and gym

Staff was great 👍 Loved the fire pit on the patio and the fireplace in our room. Everything was very clean.

Breakfast was good, nice variety of choices. The only downside was the spoiled milk. I had to throw away my cereal and my daughter had to throw away her cofffee.

THE BATHROOM SHOWER WAS CLOGGED WITH A TON OF HAIR IT WAS ALMOST OVERFLOWING. YOU NEED TO TALK TO YOUR HOUSEKEEPING STAFF THERE MISSING IMPORTANT THINGS THANLS MARK LILLIE. MY GIRLFRIEND CLEANED IT FOR YOU

I stayed in the king studio which was big and bed very comfortable. Full size kitchen and full size stove/oven and fridge.

Workout room had machines that needed work and the cleaning products at the gym were dried out.

Bathroom could have been cleaner

i loved everything about the place the room was beautiful AND SO CLEAN it was such an amazing experience defently will come again best experience ever beautiful view just amazing

customer experience when i told the girl the first room she gave me didnt have the fire place i wanted so she provided the second room with the fire place but her attitude was like she was the one paying for our room mad because we requested a different room

Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities, def enjoyed the patio with a gas fire pit, room had a nice kitchenette, nice desk for working at and chargers all over the room for electronics.

The morning breakfast was lacking even with covid measures in place other hotels still have a wider selection and hot food.

Everything about this location is wonderful and exceeds all expectations! The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and all facilities are exceptionally well cared for!

Everything was perfect! No complaints what so ever!
