Rooms r good size, good selection for breakfast and nice location

I had requested top floor, I don't want anyone over my head. Girl at desk stated my request wasn't on reservation, not sure why because I put it, as always. After awhile she was able to get 1. Great, except they have to keep all guests together so people next to us were loud, woke up to bangs during night. I mean could u at least maybe put room empty between or put across hall, not every room in that hotel was full. Need new mattresses

Breakfast was very good, room was very spacious and comfortable. I had to go to the reception desk to get more towels because they only left us 3. The walls are thin, but it wasn't really an issue. The pool was packed with about 25 kids, but it is a pretty small pool. Check-in and check out people were very friendly. Three food places in very short walking distance, plus a Dunkin Donuts. We got food from Pizza Bella and it was really good! We would stay here again!

Very clean, front desk very professional, customer service excellent.

The kids were very sad that the water of the pool was so cold they couldn’t swim on it. 😢. We spend 9 nights at the hotel and the water of the pool was still very cold for kids or adults to Swim. Will be better to closed it that keeping open like that cold and disappointing the guests. Sorry about does comments but they need to realized that the pool is one of the attractions that any kid or families are looking forward when they go to a hotel. If you can fix this problem, you could be The best places to stay.

Good sized room & bed, convenient location, clean. Friendly staff. I'd happily book again.

We would prefer one thicker quit rather than a thin one plus sheets - not that we tried asking to swap though!

I enjoyed the breakfast - eggs/milk. The location was excellent-close to where I needed to be for work and in a nice area. The bed was excellent!!

The only things I would mention, neither are deal breakers: 1-Stationary bike in the workout room would not turn on, but I was still able to use it. 2-The floor in my room creaks in certain spots. It didn't bother me, I was only concerned about disturbing the room below.

Breakfast wasn't good, and like everything now, rooms pricey and should get a deal if staying more than 1 nite. I don't understand these hotels that choose to leave a room empty as opposed to give a break $ wise, isn't that better than no $. But hotel, staff was great

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we asked for recommendations and she gave us very good ones. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was busy but still quiet and relaxing

The only problem was parking, there was so much snow left in the parking lot that it was difficult to park

We do like our stay. Breakfast was good facilities were clean. I just think there needs to be better communication between booking.com and the facility. We are initially charged their regular rate not the rate we booked through booking.com. We had to work with the hotel to get our correct rate

Nothing it was a nice property

Breakfast was good, nice choices. I especially loved the quiche. Room was spacious. When I'm in Massachusetts visiting family, this is where I usually stay. The hotel and the area is nice and quiet.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The location is perfect for our little getaways. The coffee in the lobby in the morning is delicious and the staff is super friendly.

The pillows were a little too firm and full.
