Hilton Garden Inn Devens Common

I loved how clean and accommodating it was. The beds were quite comfortable. The size of the bathroom was fair and had everything we needed included. The children loved the pool and the jacuzzi was great! The gym was also a good size and the nicest i have seen as far. My family loved it-we had breakfast there as well, there is a few conveniences close by Dunkin etc. I liked how they had a little shop downstairs too. Would absolutely stay here again!

They could've added some extra pillows-Each bed only had 3 pillows and were very soft. The shower pressure could've been better,The pool had an excessive amount of chlorine in it-understandably with Covid still existent,

They named me as "Guest of the Day" - and gave me a certificate. On a previous stay we had to pay for breakfast but this time they gave us vouchers for breakfast and a discount coupon if we had come back for dinner. The staff were all very friendly and made our family feel right at home for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is fairly modern and very clean. The pool was nice, the fitness center adequate. The bed was comfortable, and the sound proofing was decent.

Breakfast not included, shower didn't drain well, the elevator didn't go up from the first floor. Little things that added up, but overall a good stay.

Very pretty and updated

The room could have been cleaner, toilet was very dirty, needs a desperate cleaning, a toilet brush could be used up in the sides and scrubbed with some cleaner. Bed wasn’t very comfy, the head of the bed sank and the foot of the bed was higher, had to stuff some pillows under the head of the mattress to fluff it up some, but other than that the rooms were nice.

When I walked in i was met by very friendly helpful staff. My room and the hotel was very clean. I will be back next month and no doubt stay

We enjoyed everything about our stay EXCEPT the breakfast. We paid extra for breakfast, but the only options were frozen breakfast sandwiches and bagels which we couldn't toast. The website said that some food services weren't available because of covid which we completely understand but I expected that to mean no breakfast buffet. I thought we'd still be able to order something but we couldn't. However I told this to the front desk person and she immediately credited us for the breakfast part of our bill.

Location very convenient. Bar area could’ve been cleaner & neater. Room & common areas were very neat & clean.

The bar appeared clean, but there were glasses, drink mixers etc that were cluttered around the sink area. Just needed some attention.

All staff team members very polite and courteous go out of their way to help you they do their jobs well.

People staying in room above us on third floor needed to be more courteous towards others staying there in the evening.

close to airport so convenient . I had an 8 am flight so i stayed the night so i could be in time. great shuttle to airport , very convenient.

they did not have washer / dryer. I think that it would have been helpful to have, The food at the restaurant wasn’t great in my opinion,

The staff were amazing! very accommodating. very pleasant and helpful with every interaction. Also the beds and showers were fantastic!
