Paying 20 extra for parking by the day and it was detached from the building

It was nice & clean. Breakfast was also good - nothing fancy, but good. Kids had fun making their own waffles.

The check-in staff was NOT friendly or helpful. I booked the room under my name & card - everything was confirmed. But I couldn’t check-in with them due to a work event and the front desk staff refused to let my husband and our kids check-in even though I gave him the credit card that I used to pay for the rooms as „evidence“. The check-in desk lady was rude & refused to do anything - all she kept repeating was „I can’t check you in - no“ as the line behind him continued to grow longer. Finally, my husband asked for a manager. The manager then called me to confirm & after about 30 minutes they all got into the room.

Breakfast was very good, we appreciated having it on site. Waffle maker was a hit with my son, also very happy with drinks and coffee. Area was kept clean and food was refilled promptly.

Breakfast was lacking in terms of protein....eggs became tiring after a few days, occasional addition of an alternative protein choice would have helped.

Spacious rooms, very big bed. The fridge freezer, dishwasher and all other facilities were really good and came in handy. Had everything we needed. Complimentary breakfast was not amazing and the choice was poor, but it was for free to everyone.

Need to request a clean of your room for the next day in the reception. Even though in the bathroom there is a sticker on the mirror that says that for stays longer than 3 or 4 nights (don't remember exactly), the room will be cleaned and sheets changed on the 5th night. When no one came to clean the room, we asked for it to be cleaned the next day, so it was our 7th day already. It is all good, just need to remove the stickers with incorrect info.

The location was very good. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around, such as Shop and Shop, Target, Starbucks, etc. Soon after I arrived, I stocked up on microwaveable foods, beverages, etc. My morning Starbucks was 5 minutes away. And Uber was never more than 5 minutes away. So the location was great.

It's South Boston, so it's a little dodgy at night. I am not sure I would spend a lot of time walking around at night. Then again, it is fairly residential. So there really isn't anywhere to go at night within walking distance aside from Panera. Uber worked very well for evening treks into Downtown Boston.

The location was nice and safe, near to a shopping center which makes it very convenient. The hotel is confortable, clean (I would give more than a 10 on that!). It is the first hotel in which I stayed that is pet friendly because of the great service and not because it has a fusty smell. The hotel is modern, breakfast is great, and rooms are spacious and spotless. Amenities and complimentary things such as a free coffee area 24/7 makes a stay very pleasant. Quiet, and no noise from other rooms is heard. I like the security system they provide, that no one can access the hotel entrance nor elevators without the key card. There are cameras in all common areas, and guests don´t have access to any other floor than the one they belong to.

The only thing I didn´t like were the laundry wash machines which make a horrible noise. I think they could update those machines with modern ones.

Our teenage kids loved access to the stores and restaurants. They liked all of the different breakfast choices—even my picky eater was happy with his fresh waffles. My son loved the computer desk for his laptop. And bringing our bulldog on vacation was so great and super reasonably priced! Way better & cheaper than a pet-sitter! The kitchen was great for refrigerating our North End pastry & leftovers!!!

The hotel is awkwardly placed and a little hard to find. Parking is not clearly marked. Wish it had a shuttle to the subway.

rooms are spacious and hotel is great. close to a big mall with great restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to a subway station that takes u to downtown boston in 5 mins.

breakfast does the job but some days all options contained ham so we had to stick to bagels and cream cheese only. staff could be a bit better and smile to us but they do their job well enough. cleaning is every 5 nights that should be changed as well.

clean facilities, great amenties in room. full kitchen and fridge, great coffee available all day a huge bonus.

friday night noise from vehicle, fighting, and believe shots fired at one point at 4am - although realize this may not be a controllable factor for the hotel $20 charge for parking (US) per day, to park across the street or in a shared parking lot behind the hotel. For which there wasn't even a paved path if you parked in the shared one to get back across the grass to the hotel.

The room was really well equipped, spacious and clean. The breakfast was fine, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We could hear the TV from the room next door playing a movie quite loudly at 4am, and the sensor light in the bedroom switched on every time the kids stirred. The kitchen sink also leaked through to the floor. But overall this was a comfortable secure stay.
