Turf Valley Resort

Every meal we had at the restaurant was amazing. The massages were unbelievable and the facials were wonderful. The scenery is incredible. We had the best time, relaxing and taking it all in. We would go back next month if we could afford it.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

The front desk was excellent. The grounds were well kept. The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had enough towels and washcloths. They allowed us to check out an hour after hotel policy check out. The spa was spectacular. The hostess was very professional and polite. Pharrell was a great masseuse. I would recommend the spa facilities. They had plenty of snacks, water and tea.

The location was not good for us. We heard people outside and a dog. We were next to the elevator, so we heard that. So the walls were thin. The bathroom was very clean. The bathroom door had a loud squeak. Needed WD-40. I did tell the front desk when I left. Room 414.

The long long long wait for our food and the staff kept forgetting our order during happy hour and we couldn’t order all what we wanted before happy hour was over and drinks took long. The breakfast time got so over crowded they said it was a long waiting list but we saw people who didn’t get put on list and came and got tables after a while of waiting and our food took so long and wasn’t worth the money and still wasn’t happy had to drive off resort to get food when we really didn’t want to leave off the resort

Everything was wonderful. Great staff and facilities.

Only minor but there was a $3 pantry charge on my bill that I did not make. Did not notice until after we had left. The charge is no biggie but would think as nice a place as this is they would require cash or a room key to make purchases from the pantry. This would avoid mistakes such as this.

The food, service and price was great! The spa was very nice and the price was great as well. I will definitely return for a girlfriends weekend.

the main building rooms definitely need an upgrade. The bathroom tile/bedroom design/couch (pull out couches always have the worst mattress) but it was out dated. I went to a room on the other wing and it was more modern...very nice. They need to do that to all the rooms ASAP. But that room also had a big BUG on the wall.

We always stay at Turf Valley when we're in the area. We love the proximity to Howard County Fairgrounds. The rooms are huge and beautifully appointed. The staff is tremendous. Kevin is great!!

Some of the guests can be quite loud after 10:00pm. I guess they don't read signs.

kind, professional staff I became seriously ill second day (non COVID) of stay (in hospital next four days). when I returned I was able to extend my stay two weeks for recovery without leaving my room. front desk staff extremely helpful and kind

I stay here twice a year and I am always happy with everything the resort has to offer. Our room was excellent, king-size bed, large sitting area with desk and a kitchenette. The bathroom was as large as some hotel rooms. Nice to be able to come back after a long and tiring day to a excellent beverage at the Fairway Lounge.

The 2nd-floor bar was awesome. Kevin's service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the drinks were perfect for forgetting the terrible time we had at the Asian Night Market that afternoon. I might really come back just to hang out at the resort again!

The setting is beautiful!! Beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was very pleasant.

The balcony doors had no handles from outside. The Keurig had to be moved to bedside table in order to conveniently plug it in! The free breakfast was nice although the fruit inside was partly rotted. The in-house restaurant was nice. Everything was comfortable, just a little worn around the edges but overall a pleasant experience. The staff in all instances was extremely nice and efficient! I will stay here again🙂
