Hampton Inn Columbia, MD

I definitely enjoyed the breakfast.and my room was very beautiful and I love the feeling I got staying there.cause I stayed there for my birthday week and everything was great.and I’m definitely coming back to stay again.💯😘

I mean I don’t really have no bad complaints.I had a whirl pool room so I was happy.not all the jets on the tub work but other then that I was happy it did what it needed to do so I don’t have a lot bad to say.

Looked up to date, very clean

I was told when I checked in that there would not be room service unless I called the evening before to request it. However the day before I checked out someone came into my room and changed the sheets, cleaned the bathroom. I did not want anyone in my room and did not want my things touched. I had not secured my room as I was not expecting anyone to come in. I left my computer on the bed (which they had to move to change the sheets), jewelry was out and basically any personal items. I had to clean down the room again and clean all my personal items. Very disappointed about that.

Very nice, clean hotel. We've stayed in a number of Baltimore area hotels since our daughter started school there and this is one of the nicest we've stayed in within our price range. Room was nice, bathroom was nice and all was clean. We dealt with no noise issues and the breakfast was excellent.

one of the main reasons I picked this hotel was for the pool and workout area. but neither was available.😩 I understand that some work was being done on the outside of the building. when I pulled up it didn’t look like it was open.

Check in was quick, the attendant had nice calm voice without being loud which was so very appreciated as I had a long trip to get there and had a migraine. Walking into my room was immediately relaxing as the air conditioning was on with the blinds shut and a few lights on. The room was clean. The provided toiletries in the bathroom had a nice scent that wasn't too strong. The wifi was great and I really liked that it stays connected/you don't have to sign in every time you leave and return to the hotel.

Other people checking into rooms and closing doors was bothersome to me, but it wasn't exceptionally loud and it didn't continue for a long time. I checked in early to rest and had a migraine so every sound bothered me.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing. The customer service was great. Ms. Octavia helped with check-in as well as signing up for the honors program. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.

The weed smell on the 4th floor was disturbing. Need firmer and more pillows on a king size bed....consider king size pillows potentially

I liked the hot breakfast that was served. It wasn’t buffet style of course but they had a regular and a vegetarian option that you could take back up to your room, along with muffins and things. I loved the option to reserve the pool so that you could enjoy it without having others around.

I don’t like the fact that when giving you a total there is no mention at all not on the website, on any posting in the hotel lobby or on your receipt that’s emailed to you about the security deposit amount. We all know that their is one but you get no inking of the amount until you get there and they give you a total that IS NOT what they email you and tell you the cost is. And I didn’t like that my room was next to the elevator and ice machine. I could hear all comings and going’s and whenever anyone got ice.

This hotel is quiet, clean and in a very convenient location. Staff is very nice and always accommodating. They also just renovated and everything is brand new

Easy to make a reservation. Staff super polite. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of outlets. Nice breakfast.

Would be nice to have some additional pillows. They seemed rather insubstantial. I imagine, though, that I could have requested more
