stayed 7days but room service was horrible my last 4 days. my second day there we was accused of smoking in the room. I have asthma therefore i can’t smoke or be around ppl that do smoke room, there was no smell of any kind of smoke on my room and I’m sure if smoke was coming from my room the smoke detectors and sprinklers would have went off and li didn’t receive towels when asked for towels until the next night when I called front seat no once but twice. lat of all we had to carry all our luggage and whatever lease we had down to out car because there we no carts to use for out luggage and bags. was very dissatisfied with my stay there

This place was absolutely wonderful. Staff was outstanding and room was clean. A comfy bed is a must for me and this more than passed the sniff test. Huge plus! Booking.com stated this place had free parking but when we arrived were told it would ne $11 a day BUT when we explained advertising promoted free parking, our parking was comped on the spot with NO HASSLE which was very impressive. I would deficiently stay here again and would make this a personal recommendation.

The extended wait time at times on the parking lot entrance. You have to be buzzed in and out.

The STAFF the ROOM the STAFFFFFFFF!!! To me all was great !! But it is the staff that makes the whole stay excellent. From the day shift to the wonderful gentleman on the graveyard shift !! . Thank you to the shuttle bus service man for getting us at the airport at 1am which that service is provided by the hotel too..I will definitely recommend The Double Tree by Hilton in (kenner) New Orleans to everyone I know or ask.

Pillows too soft. But then again it's a preference thing. Hard to figure out the tv control.

Overall my stay was good.

I did not like breakfast buffet was NOT included in room cost. I did NOT like that I had to pay extra for parking on property. I did NOT like that my room was not cleaned after my 1st night.

Not much parking out front.. No microwave in rooms Rug in room was dirty..but overall room was nice and clean

Very clean, friendly staff, a cookie at check in and a very prompt shuttle to the airport. Great place to stay if you need to catch an early flight.

The front staff was friendly especially the late night male worker. Always greeted us with a smile.

Rooms not being cleaned or trash being taken out during our stay. We had to do that ourselves as well as ask for clean towels daily.

Charged for everything…parking, breakfast. 3 in room, only 2 towels. No blankets on beds. Elevator quit working. Rooms were small and not very clean.

Friendliness of staff and location

Pool had no sun shades for sun beds. In those temperatures it is very dangerous to be exposed to the sun for too long. Doubletree at Biloxi was the same.

We have to travel to New Orleans at least 1-2 times per year and we like to stay near the airport if at all possible. This was our first stay here and we were all pleased. My kiddos were pleased and loved it and it was really close to the airport! We will be back! My husband and I like to sleep in the COLD and the rooms air was AWESOME!! LOL The staff was also friendly and quick with checking in and out!

The trashcans didn't have trash bags and I thought that was kind of weird and we only had two towels, I wish there was more without having to ask but other than that I really don't have any complaints.
