Comfort Suites near Tanger Outlet Mall

Hotel was very clean, I DID not ask for a quiet room as stated above by you, but the hotel WAS very quiet,

The lighting was horrible, very dark in the bathroom, good thing I did not have to put on makeup, you cannot see with those very dim lights. Not a lot of parking, although it worked out. They said they cleaned every third day, but the second day they cleaned while I was out, normally I would be sleeping at that time. I would have put up a do not disturb sign had I had known.

Comfortable and clean and close to shopping and places to eat!

I liked the hotel and the bed was comfortable. I also loved the suite! Everything at the hotel was great!!!

The air conditioner was leaking so the floor was wet and the room smelled like mildew.

I liked that the room was very spacious, updated & clean.

I STRONGLY dislike that there aren’t security camera’s. They have select few inside but none outside. Someone hit my Jeep while there & it’s got some damage but no way for me to prove it happened there. I specifically parked where I did thinking nobody would park there and it was in view of the front of the hotel. Absolutely hate staying somewhere that dosent have things for safety. I know this is not actually against the hotel, but beings I stayed there trusting myself and my things would be safe & it wasnt the case I probably won’t stay there again.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the interstate and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy and the complimentary breakfast was great!

The bed was uncomfortable and the parking lot was really small. Also the elevator was slow and kinda sketchy. $150 incidentals fee seems steep.

Convenient for leisure travel. Morning staff were friendly and interactive with guests, especially the employee that served breakfast both mornings, she was great.

The couch bed was extremely thin, even for 2 small children, was very uncomfortable.

We had been staying around the corner at the Home 2 by Hilton, while we were in the process of getting our home I took an care of to get ready to move. The home to I thought we were leaving I got the dates mixed up and overbooking sold out causing us to have to leave because we were there on a discount. We were furious I do have to say that the general manager yen do her part and step up to play and called the comfort suites and offered to pay for half of our room a king suite at that so that was very very generous it was just kind of aggravating to have to move in etc. etc. but it turned out to be great and very nice hotel staff was unbelievably friendly I am very sad that we only stayed one night because we were due to leave today and come back home but if we ever had to stay at a hotel again like once we get our home move while we’re waiting on our permits etc. they made a bad situation better for us by the way they treated us!!

It’s not just them I have noticed a lot of hotels lately have very small televisions our room was a pretty big room and the flat screen was maybe a 37 8 and that’s giving it a couple inches. It is not just them I have noticed it in many hotels lately there is no reason for that. Besides that I can’t say I have anything negative to say and I again thank them very much for their hospitality

I really liked there GM Laura Fuentes she was so sweet and was always available to answer any question I had about the area and just made my overall stay more comfortable than most , if you’re ever in the area definitely stay at comfort suites in Gonzales Louisiana.

I like just how knowledgeable the staff was about the area restaurants close by clean facility nice pool great people I’ll definitely stay here again
