Cleanliness, comfort of bedding, bath products, welcome screen on TV & decor were great! Staff is so attentive & friendly. We also appreciated the “pet extras” like doggy biscuits & door tag! My autistic son travels better with his dog so that is very important to us.

1.) Would have liked breakfast during the week to extend until 10 am instead of it ending at 9am — especially since we were on vacation for Spring Break. 2.) For safety, it is imperative to have mats at the entrances & walkways for rainy days or when mopping is taking place. We checked out on a rainy 3/17/23 & I fell in the lobby bruising & skinning my knee. This pain was felt on my entire drive out of state as we continued on our travels. Must say that the staff was very helpful providing bandages/ice packs & manager gave me her card. Accident could have been avoided with mats so please take action to avoid falls that could be far worse than mine.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Quality INN in Clarksville TN gave us the same experience that you gave us and we are very much appreciated because truth is the staff is what makes the hotel. Good team members are hard to find, I hope you appreciate your team because they know how to be nice and helpful. Your cleaning crew needs a raise. When they clean that good, you don't ever want to lose them, Whoever is leading and guiding them, pat yourself on the back because you are doing an amazing job!!! Thank you for all you do.

The hotel was surprisingly delightful. The décor was very pleasing and convenient and the facilities for relaxing and enjoying the lobby were unique. Swinging chairs, gaming area, lots of room to sit, chat, watch TV and a great area for breakfast. Although parking was a bit tight late in the evening, the parking lot itself was clean and well-lit. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and great shower. It's a simple little attention to detail, but the double pull-down blinds were great for creating a dark, relaxing space at night. It's rare for even some of the more expensive hotels to pay attention to that little feature. The attention to details like this were very nice. There was a very nice level of attention to sanitation with ample hand sanitizing stations, sanitizing drops for returned key cards, and plenty of advisory signage advising of the importance ot sanitation. Ample USB/Charging connections in the bedroom, very nice sized TV, and even garbage cans that separated recyclable from non-recyclable trash added to the attention to detail. In general, the staff was very helpful and cheerful and they were great as far as creating and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. This is somewhere I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

"In general, the staff was very helpful..." meaning that when I checked in, the staff person at the front desk was multitasking while she checked me in. Not a bad thing generally, however the other 'task' was a personal phone call using the speaker phone. She was a bit distracted, but was still able to get me checked in relatively quickly. Not a huge issue, but that was the only ding on the professionalism side.

My stay was really great!! The hotel manager was absolutely fantabulous! She went far above and beyond to accommodate our every need especially since I had called and cancelled the reservation. We were actually booked at another hotel but because of the excellent service and interaction with the manager I will always stay here when travelling to Baton Rouge.

The only down side was the fact that the desk attendant who checked us in lied to us about the top floor being filled when in actuality top floor rooms are considered an upgrade. Rather than lie just inform us that it would require an upgrade and allow us to decide if we wanted to upgrade or not.

It was great. Lots of breakfast choices. We liked the hot breakfast the most, eggs and sausage. The only thing that we were disappointed in was when we were finishing up our breakfast, they locked the juice machine. They could've let us know they were about to lock it and see if we wanted more juice before doing so. We were the last one's in there and almost finished, so I thought for sure they would've waited til we were at least finished before locking it. So when they mean breakfast is over at 10, then breakfast is over at 10.

We didn't like when we booked again, the price went up $53 a night. (from $101 a night to $154 a night) only a month apart from last booking and nothing major going on that wknd in that area. We booked it, but if we find the same quality hotel cheaper, we will definitely cancel and go elsewhere.

The lady at the desk was really nice. The hotel was very clean, and it was one of the nicest showers/bathrooms that I've seen. I had low expectations due to the cheap cost but it turned out to be fantastic value.

Honestly I was only there to sleep for the night and didn't spend much time in the room or around any facilities. The only knock, which doesn't have anything to do with the hotel - is the only close by places to get both food and a beer were Hooters and Twin Peaks lol.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and sweet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The gym was great.

The noise above me kept me up all night. The a/c kicks on and off - getting cold for a few minutes and then waits to get hot before kicking on again. Very uncomfortable. The blankets on the bed are awful - thin and scratchy. Bathroom wasn’t clean at all - especially the shower doors and handles.

I have traveled the world and this was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I had a 30 second check in- so efficient! The breakfast was amazing- so many choices, an automatic pancake maker etc. The manager spoke to us and is so wonderful- a true leader who wants everyone to have the best experience at their hotel. the staff was so friendly. cleanest hotel I’ve been at, too. they’ve thought of everything and make your stay exceptional! They even have all of the info you need printed onto the check in/room key folder.

Super clean. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in including some super expensive ones. Everything is well laid out and modern. The location has several great places to dine in easy walking distance. I recommend Smith Burger and Hive Pizza. Very nice area in the lobby with a tv and couches and even some foosball tables. Breakfast has hot and cold items. There are also food and drinks(including beer/wine) available to purchase. The pool is small but has a great lounge area beside it thats very nice to enjoy when the weather is nice

I liked how clean the property was and how kind the staff were!

The shower floors get a little slippery—it might be good to have some shower mats. The doors for the rooms are really heavy and slam once you let them go. I could hear doors slamming during the night. If there’s any way to keep the doors from slamming shut, that would be nice.
