good location and convenient some friendly staff

unfriendly male receptionist and rude jerk in the morning of my check out. i went to check on breakfast and he basically yelled at me that breakfast was over. i said I thought it was 10, he said no its 9. there is a way to talk to people and this was not the way. i said can i have coffee, he said yes. The entire stay was marred by his attitude.

The ease of checking in, parking was plentiful, helpful responsive staff. Housekeeping was prompt and responsive to requests for towels and hygiene items. Front desk was also helpful and professional.

The complimentary breakfast needs work. Get your breakfast in order and you'll raise quality by at least a star and work on coffee options. We walked to Starbucks, would have rather had it there.

The service was great. Our room was freshened up every day unlike most motels that are still using the "covid" excuse to not clean your room daily. Breakfast was good. Staff was all very nice and accommodating. Will definitely use this location next time!

The pool was still green and unusable, but may have been still out of season for it. An indoor pool or heated outdoor pool would make this place a 6 star.

Beds were comfortable. Slept really good. Didn't hear the neighbors. It was a last minute booking due hotel I was booked for telling me there were no rooms available and so glad they had rooms. The lady at check in was nice and quick.

Everything was great

They are remodeling. The rooms are clean. Easy check in. The lady at the desk was new, she did a great job. There are a couple restaurants right next to the hotel. The hotel is right off I 20. It sets a few miles outside of the city. Over all for a Saturday stay the price was good.

No fault of theirs but the hotel is right next to a train track. There were 3 trains throughout the early morning hours blowing there horns. The mattress were hard, but if you prefer that you are good. Didn't get to try breakfast bag, we didn't get there by 9am. They did have coffee and juice. They also put a 100$ security deposit on your card when you charge the room. Not a problem but they could have told me so I didn't have walk back in to ask if I was over charged.

When we asked could someone spray air freshener in the room that my 3 sisters stayed in because it had a very "stale" odor and the gentleman had an attitude as if we had put him out his way.

Nice enough location and breakfast was good.

The ironing board covers need to be replaced. Also, my mother-in-law was with us and the toilets sit so low she had great difficulty getting up off it.

Great breakfast and a comfortable stay.

The tv had no channel guide where you could find out info on what program was on or what was coming up. Very frustrating.

The hotel was nice and clean. I didn't really long cause I had surgery that morning. The staff was very nice. I will be back

It was very crowded with workers and some of them were at the door coming in. They were smoking and I didn't think that was cool being right at the front door.

Great shower and water pressure!

The wifi did not work properly. It would work for a few minutes, then stop. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but not a deal breaker.
