Hampton Inn & Suites Radcliff/Fort Knox

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Offering services without being asked based on their observations. Breakfast was good and there was nice variety each morning.

Closet missing one of it’s doors so couldn’t actually close the closet. Refrigerator and microwave were off balance so it was awkward using them. The freezer door was missing and freezer did not keep food frozen. Microwave rotation tray was not right so running the microwave was very noisy (like hearing a dryer running with shoes in it)

We were in KY for my son's Army officer cadet graduation. Dawn greeted us on arrival and has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She was there each evening and welcomed my son with a hug and thanked him for his service. The daytime front desk (sorry didn't catch her name) was also very nice and she let us have late check out where Caleb could grab a shower and change clothes before heading back to VA. The ladies that served breakfast were friendly and answered questions about local attractions. Although, we were only there 2 nights- We couldn't have asked for a nicer visit and stay! Thanks for making sure we comfortable and WELCOME.

The TV remote wasn't working but.... we weren't in the room long.

We were pretty happy with the breakfast (we wanted protein.) Each morning they had eggs and sausage as well as lots of carbs. We were told that they opened breakfast at 7AM and were pleasantly surprised to see it open by 6:30AM on graduation day at Fort Knox. The staff was amazing and very military friendly. They offered suggestions on where we could eat in the town and directions on how to get to Fort Knox.

Dawn Whitley! OMG! This manager was so funny and amazing! She was so personable and fun to talk to! The hotel was clean and also the woman that does breakfast every morning was awesome too! This hotel has staff working here that we wish most hotels had! We were on our Honeymoon and they all made us feel like family! Thank you!

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice walk in shower. The location was very convenient.

The weekend staff was fantastic, across the board. They were all super friendly and helpful. They were responsive to any needs we had. Cut to checkout on Monday morning. We were pushing the loaded cart through the lobby. The check out lady asked: “Checking out?” Uhm… The staff working on that day weren’t exactly rude. Although the staff working in the breakfast area had zero personalities. They were just like robots, going through the motions. The made no attempt speak, made no eye contact. They just trudged back and forth restocking fruit and other items. So, stay here for a weekend and you will love it. Just don’t expect the same level of service come Monday.

Great place to stay we had a son graduating at Fort Knox location is great for this...everything else we had done is a drive....pool is great sized but very cold water....breakfast was good...beds comfy

Toilet seat very cheap and top wouldnt stay up Would be nice if there was a hot tub and warmer water in pool Would be nice if coffee machines are not kept in bathroom

this hotel was very clean and up to date. the staff was amazing. when we checked in the ladies working the desk were so welcoming and inviting. I felt like I was talking to my friends. they made sure we had everything we needed and even recommended a few places to eat. these ladies are the best.

there was very little parking it seemed. we had to park in the back and it didn’t have a lot of lights.

From the moment we arrived for check in the process was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, we booked a second room upon arrival and the staff made that easy. Both rooms were very nice and clean! We had to call the front desk for toilet issues and they were on top of it! The pool was so clean and the fitness center was sanitized to the best. COVID-19 restrictions for housekeeping and breakfast was set up so understanding and followed amazing. And the ample amount of parking space was great too! My husband and I both agreed this is where we will stay anytime we come back home for any reason. I was raised in Radcliff and we only had three hotels/motels, but this hotel was everything that we look for when we travel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room we had was very quiet and spacious.

It looked like there had been a water issue in the ceiling and maybe needs some repairs or updating.

the location was great. the best thing is the staff with special shout out to Dawn. friendly courteous and always a smile.
