SureStay Hotel by Best Western Bowling Green North

We were there for an event at the Beech Bend drag strip, which was about 10 minutes away. They have this great courtyard space that I wish they’d do something with - picnic tables, cornhole, horseshoes, etc. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Our door in 210 was missing the extra swing over security lock. There’s an abandoned, dilapidated restaurant right up on their property that creates an eyesore, but it’s not the hotel’s fault. There wasn’t a Do Not Disturb tag for the door - we got back after midnight to the room and housekeeping came knocking at 8:30am, which seemed a bit early. I’m glad we were awake to be able to yell to come back later and they didn’t just walk in on us sleeping.

Prices were raised I’m sure because there was a big venue in town. House keeping opened our door at 9 am ( we were still sleeping and checkout wasn’t until 11 although we weren’t checking out that day) and then they never came back. I had to go ask for clean towels at 11:30 at night from the front desk

The staff was extremely nice, pleasant and very helpful. Loved how close it was to the corvette museum. I paid $196 for three nights, where as my friends paid $206 for 2 nights at their hotel. Mine had a fridge, and microwave in the room as well as free continental breakfast. They had no fridge, no microwave, and they had to pay for their breakfast. I'd recommend this hotel over Holiday Inn University Plaza any day of the week, and twice on Sunday.

Nothing, perfect 3 day stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free continental breakfast, larger in-room fridge,Wi-Fi had good strong signal, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

convenient location for my needs. well lit. quiet. Internet was fairly fast. comfortable bed & pillows. soft towels. clean room and furniture.

Breakfast had very little choice, especially before 7:00 a. m. when the next shift came in. I guess she brought more food in. Had an end of wheat bread 1 day, otherwise only white bread. Bathtub was slick but had good water pressure. steps were tricky

Much better than I had expected! The awesome staff made my stay very easy and I felt genuinely welcome.

If I had to find one criticism, it's that whoever hooked the plumbing up switched the hot and cold based off standard installations. It makes the shower very touchy when trying to get just the right temperature, but definitely not a big deal.

Staff was very nice and helpful, Hotel location was great, very easy to get to, parking was very good,. I had an inside room and had a very good view of tree, that were in bloom, bed was very comfortable and the water got hot quickly with vey good water pressure.

Soda machine was not well stock and was mostly empty, room smell a little like smoke but then again there are a lot of smokers in this area. Room could have used a small table, but that is also due to COVID, some of the fast food places weren't open for dining in so we had to bring it back to the room. Apparently, the fast food place can't get their workers back to work because they are making as much or more on unemployment.

Room was clean. Loved the shower head! Bed comfortable enough. Close to the major interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby, vending area and breakfast area kept very clean.

Just a little trouble opening our room door. Maybe the door handle needs tweaking.

Very nice, newer motel right down the road from the Corvette museum. Clean, comfortable and rates are still budget friendly.

Coffee really isn't hard to make a few minutes early. Morning desk help needs a little more people skills. Walked to gas station across highway for morning coffee. Zero interaction with wife when dropping off keys. Simple good morning and I wouldn't be writing this now. Still not a deal breaker on room.

The rooms were good and we were happy they included a fridge and microwave. You could tell the building had some age to it, but I would not expect a new building for the rates we were charged.

The only real disappointment was the "continental breakfast". Corn flakes, toast, bagels, and muffins were less than I expected, but maybe my expectations were too high for the rate we paid per night.
