modern. clean. comfortable. smelled clean. shampoo/conditioner with body wash were amazing. perfect location near the hospital.

there’s no “staff feedback” so I’ll put it here. Starbucks machine was out of chai tea, only coffee size option was Tall, desk receptionist said we had to pay for those there. Only one person worked the entire breakfast so you got what you ordered and that’s it. There wasn’t actual service. Long line to order coffee/tea/any drink or anything else you needed. Chai tea with her was $7 vs the machine that was apparently out of order with no sign. They needed at least two people working the floor to assist guests. The lady was friendly and did her job, she just needed help.

Location across from UI medical center was ideal for us. Room layout and features were great. On-site Bistro was convenient.

Included-by-booking.com "continental breakfast" required us to stop at front desk for tickets each day, was not described on any in-room documents. We regretted our first-day choices, opted for the $10 credit towards fuller breakfast menu our second day.

Smells wonderful! Just makes you happy and comfortable to enter. Well taken care of and nicely decorated.

Reserved a King room far in advance and got stuck in a wheelchair ready room. I don’t mind it for the most part but the shower was a problem. I could not comfortably take a shower without a large amount of water draining out so had to make curbing out of towels.

Location was very good. Close to mall and restaurants not far. Wished they had a hot tub but otherwise it was amazing.

That there was no hot tub.

The food was very good .nice large portions. Loved order out and taking to the room several times , Had family at university hospital and this was so convenient easy and safe walk or the shuttle if needed. Very pretty hotel and very friendly helpful staff.

I was very surprised that there was not complimentary coffee at least in the morning. Seemed not consistent with the quality.

The rooms are beautifully put together, and we now have a new standard of luxury and comfort with hotels now. We will most certainly be back

The food menu needed more options. A bathtub in the room available would also be nice vs. only showers

We only had coffee and love Starbucks. Staff were incredibly friendly.

Staff weren’t masked. Decor of rooms was pretentious cold modern. Rooms themselves were comfortable but I didn't find them or the reception hall at all welcoming in terms of ambiance.

very accommodating and friendly staff. we were there for a hospital procedure and the hotels location was perfect.

event parking took over the lot — not enough parking for hotel guests and event attendees.

We ate at the bistro twice for dinner, the staff was amazing. So very friendly and the food was great.

The front dest staff were great but not very friendly.
