Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Des Moines Airport

Very friendly staff: I had a good chat with the receptionist and the driver. They were both very kind. Also, I liked the room and thought the beds were comfortable. Sofa was arguably more comfortable than the beds but just by a slight margin.

It was far from an eating place beyond the bakery.

Had a travel emergency and tried to cancel the room as we were running way behind ,they denied booking.coms request because it was against their policy and then tried to authorize my card immediately without permission to do so after I had already selected the pay at property option ,l forcing us to find alternative travel methods and arrive 3/4 hours late ,they were rude to myself and my husband on the phone and kept giving booking.com the run around as well and also didn’t have listed there was a 50$ incidental fee either

Convenience of location to airport. The breakfast to go was a nice extra.

It was clean and quiet, right across from airport so access was great. There’s a fridge and microwave in the room, which you don’t have in a lot of fancier places. it was very clean. a little dated, but I was just there to sleep. I would have liked a heavier bedspread or another blanket. Continental breakfast was typical waffles, toast, cereal, bagels, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee. The attendant was very nice and knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. For the price it was good.

It’s set back from highway and hard to see the drive into parking lot at night.

How clean they keep the place. They came in and cleaned room while we was out. It was so nice.

The Bed was way to soft

Our flight left too early to have breakfast. I would like a special shout out to the young man from Keck parking. On our way out my husband had dropped his prescription sunglasses in the Keck van. We were frantic as he really needed them. I called the hotel and they got in contact with the driver. He looked through the van and they were there, thank goodness. The clerk, who I also want to thank, said where can he meet you and they brought them to the airport for us. I am sorry I did not get the young man's name or the hotel clerk but thank you so very much. They went that extra mile for us.

Bed was super comfortable! Pillows- soft and fluffy - didnt stay for breakfast, coffee in room was real good. Room was old but very clean and nice. Airport shuttle at 400am was on time and very helpful. Staff friendly and helpful- close to airport and great restaurant near by. enjoyed our quick one night stay

Needs some updating

Breakfast was ok, but mostly carbs, I would prefer more in the way of fresh fruit and scrambled eggs, otherwise it was all good. We also would have liked some additional creamers and couldn't find the butter.

Just that we couldn't find the butter. I also could not get the treadmill to work.

The front desk lady was very nice and upgraded our room even though I had a Buffalo Bills sweatshirt on and she had on a Kansas City Chiefs shirt 😀 👌The staff kept everything neat and clean!! 👏 We will absolutely stay here again when we visit.And the breakfast was really good with lots of choices.

Close to airport with shuttle. Clean, nice staff. Fit thr bill - a place to get some sleep before getting an early ride to the airport.

Bed was fine but a little soft and lumpy.. .y room didn't have a closet but a rack that I hit my head on a few times. I should have put my bag elsewhere.
