Le Meridien Indianapolis

Best hotel service in the city. The staff from concierge to housekeeping to room service was so friendly, personable and accommodating. The room was so clean. The beds were REALLY cozy. I loved the layout of the room as well.

I found it to be a very hefty price for how simple the room was. It didn’t have a bathtub and the shower had an awkward spray that also wasn’t very strong. If the premise had a pool or a bathtub I would have an easier time matching the price to value.

The hotel is wonderful, its location is excellent in the city center and the furniture is excellent, but what distinguishes this hotel is the service spirit of its staff, especially kalhorinc, which was more than wonderful at the front desk ... I strongly recommend this hotel

The staff professionalism for the hotel was outstanding. They were 'next level' and appeared they had been trained well. They were very friendly and willing to provide any and all assistance needed. The whole experience put me at ease... which is what you want when you're away. :)

Maybe could use a free breakfast..... or mini breakfast delivered to the room. Dining area would love a little more privacy like booth type dividers. Not sure how to do that without affecting the appearance of the room and the modern decor which was beautiful.

It was so clean and a lot more luxurious than I expected. The room service was good, but the food wasn't anything great. But it was totally fine, because next door to the hotel is St. Elmo's steakhouse and Harry and Izzy's which are both phenomenal! The mall was also down the street and steak n' shake was directly across from the hotel.

The only thing I thought was outrageous is they charged $45/day to valet park. The only option for self-parking was to park across the street and the charge for that was $30/day or something like that. And that parking structure was completely unrelated to the hotel. The good thing is the valet guys were really fast and really accomodating. They asked what time we would be leaving in the mornings and the evenings each time they saw us so we never had to wait for our car. It was always waiting out front.

Great location

Had to eat breakfast elsewhere because they were under staffed and the wait time was ignorant. The filth and stench from the street people utilizing the parking garage as their rest room was too much. Attached is a view from our luxury room.

it was clean and newly updated. very modern and not a huge amount of traffic in the lobby areas.

the valet price was pretty steep but the valet attendants were incredible. i guess you get what you oay for

Hotel is very nice, staff is always friendly. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. Valet parking was easy as always

food and drink outlets closed early. was charged for valet parking but I had no car. hotel quickly resolved this after my call.
