JW Marriott Indianapolis

Travis checked us in and he was exceptional - just a warm and genuinely kind human. The check-in process was smooth and our room was ready at the expected check-in time. The hotel lobby was incredibly packed, but we didn't feel stressed and Travis didn't seem negatively affected in the least. The hotel was clean, the views were stunning, the room was comfortable, & we never had to wait long for an elevator at all. This is the epitome of what a hotel stay should be - we had a flawless time at JW Marriott and I'll be booking my future stays in Indianapolis here.

The self-park & valet parking prices were steep, so we ended up parking our vehicle somewhere less expensive.

We LOVED the view from our room! The location in relation to Lucas oil stadium was amazing. Walking to and from there was a piece of cake!

I paid for a high floor room with a king bed. I understand that they were out of king beds, but we also ended up with a room on the 19th floor. 19th floor is a high floor, but the woman at the front desk told us that we were on the 31st floor. We spent 10 minutes riding up and down the elevators trying to find our room. We then tried the 19th because our room was 1931. It was confusing and a little bit of a letdown since we were told the 31st.

The views are fantastic and the rooms are large and well appointed.

We booked a King upper floor room through Booking.Com and when we went to our room initially, it was a double. This was our 23rd anniversary, so a double wasn't going to work. Thankfully, the front desk receptionist worked with her manager to unblock a room for us on the 26th floor with a King. It was a stunning view and I am very grateful they made the change for us. This, despite the fact that there was a Colts/Bears preseason game and it was a VERY busy night.

Room was nice and spacious and staff was friendly

We couldn’t get the parking gate to let us out despite “swiping our card”. Several times- it was frustrating

The location was perfect and close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The sidewalks were clean from snow and ice plus the valet workers were always present and helpful to unload and load quickly. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the entire room was very clean and tidy. The walkway was great didn't have to walk outside in the winter

The ice machines were located only on the second floor. No microwaves in the rooms and the refrigerators were small. Paying $50 for parking on top of paying to stay at the hotel I considered ridiculous. I feel like everyone should be told of having to use your room key in the elevator.

Enjoyed the location and being to walk the skywalks to my conference in another hotel. It was very convenient having the baseball stadium across the street. The valet and luggage staff were super helpful and friendly!!

I guess my only complaint is the bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t close. I had to innovate in order to not lose my contacts down the drain.

I absolutely LOVED my room!! It was great and the view was great!! Very clean! I liked the bathroom and I really enjoyed the three way shower !! Did not expect that!

I did not like that fact that paying hotel guest have to pay for Wi-Fi access. For the price of the room, that should be included as well as parking. Again $50 a day for paying hotel guest is bit much, if the hotel must charge a parking fee, for paying guest it should be $25 or less. But I get it. Over all I enjoyed my stay!! Everyone was really Nice!

King suite with a view from the 24th floor was amazing; room was very clean and everything was up to our standards. The shower had awesome water pressure and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was the price for parking. I think it could be a little less per night or included in the room fee. If included in the room fee, it should be based on per night as usual.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Booking.com didn't communicate with JW Marriott so my reservation wasn't in their system but the hostess was able to book and match the price of Booking.com when it was very busy/booked. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

The parking was atrocious. Most of parking seemed to be marked for vallet. For the price I paid to self park two vehicles was ridiculous since there were no spots.

Everything!! Great location! Staff were excellent!! Room was spacious and very clean! Great views!!! Will definitely stay again if in Indianapolis. Also loved the second room for half off deal. We did not know about it prior to stay but found out after…we have several children so next time we will plan a trip with them and probably get two rooms.

Continental breakfast is always helpful
