Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Northwest Indianapolis

The staff was very helpful, polite, & professional, especially when I needed to extend my stay. The room was clean & neat & room service came through every day to straighten it out. The location was excellent.

The WiFi connection seemed kind of spotty, & getting into & out of the parking lot was a bit of a chore, because you have to go down Michigan Avenue & into the CostCo parking lot, then up & around the CostCo gas station to get to the Days Inn itself. Of those two issues the spotty WiFi was the more vexing issue. Weirdly, accessing the 'Net itself was not an issue, but accessing certain apps & programs was difficult, at best.

Super friendly staff. Clean location. Everything they claimed to have, they had and it all worked like it was supposed to.

The pool water was really cold, but oh well. Some eggs for breakfast would be awesome, but there WERE pancakes on top of the cereal, muffins, toast and juice. Can't complain for the excellent price.

Awesome location..with excellent Customer service reception... Though some areas are under renovation.. However that Tells me of hope soon to materialize. Security of property was great.

The construction materials could have been stored in a better place other than the reception areas

Very clean and the maids work very hard to make sure u have everything you need and the staff is very helpful and kind and theres a very nice pool and patio.

The beds are very hard feels like your sleeping on the floor.

I liked both I was really expecting a suite with a jacuzzi which that was what I saw online when I paid for it online and reserved my room.

That it wasn't a spa in the room like a jacuzzi. And I seem like I paid a extra 220 when I got their and I paid it for it online when I reserved my room thru my credit card.

I didn’t have any cups in my room or small items like such, not a huge deal since the dining area is downstairs, but to have a full kitchen sink and no way to drink the water was a bit of an inconvenience

rooms were comfortable and clean feeling. fridge made a little too much noise through the night but an easy fix not a big issue overall will stay there again.

The breakfast was lacking - minimal offerings and nothing hot except mini pancakes. Went to Dennys after checking out.

We did not get to eat breakfast because the check in girl did not tell us that it ended at 9 am. I went down at 9:15 am and was very disappointed. You should offer it to at least 10 am.
