Clarion Inn & Suites Northwest

This is a very good hotel. It is clean with nice, newer-looking carpet and no bad smells. The room had an extremely comfortable bed with a pillow-top mattress. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of tissues, toilet paper, towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner. It was all very clean!

The breakfast was very lackluster. Yes, it had eggs, sausage, and waffles. But, there was no yogurt, Danishes, or biscuits and gravy. The eggs were precooked, over-easy - like from a package. I've definitely had better at other hotels recently!

The breakfast was very good. Good selection. The desk clerk on duty the next morning was very friendly.

Checked in late evening, the desk clerk was on her personal phone the entire time I was at the desk. A few times I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or the person on her phone.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is welcoming. The area is very corporate so we had to drive 15 min to a restaurant. The bed is next to the A/C so the person on that side of the bed gets cold. The bed is a bit soft. But otherwise the room is comfortable. Has a fridge and microwave and a nice sitting area.

The Gentleman,that help me my first evening was a gent! He deserves praise!

When I booked my rooms, it stated that there will be breakfast! It was awful! That needs some up grading. I was told that I could not get a receipt for my say! I have never ever been told that! I have received a receipt with every stay I have used thru Booking.com.

it was very nice place the beds where comfortable and the morning staff is way better then the night staff.

I got locked out my room on my second night of staying at the hotel. The breakfast is grab and go but wasn’t any breakfast but juice. They say you need to request room service and when I did was told they to short staffed to clean up. Never got the extra towels I requested

The gentleman that set up the food, kept it stocked and cleaned up was very friendly and attentive. The food was good.

Ran out of butter one day and milk another day. The hotel needs to make sure that the food is available to be stocked.

Need security signs posted that cameras are on the property! Add more cameras You might want to also, consider closing the back entrance to property at night after 11pm The exit could serve as entrance and exit and be a deterent to activity!!!

liked the loveseat in the room...felt more like home.

I realize with Covid, hot breakfast can not be served BUT the grab and go they offered...an apple and granola bar...REALLY! They rate 0 in the breakfast! How about Jimmy Deans Sauage and Egg Croissants? They're individually wrapped, offer some yogurts and juice boxes.

I love the customer service.. They were so nice and helpful.

The small pool. Children were in there non supervised and running around throwing shoes in the pool and throwing water in the gym.

Breakfast was hot and convenient

There was someone outside in there car playing loud base music that woke me up on a couple different occasions.
