Helpful, friendly, accommodating staff. Beautiful area conveniently located. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Only one incident that happened a couple of times. It is a smoke free hotel/smoke free rooms which is important to us. Yet there were a couple of times that staff were smoking in the hallway area near our room. This caused our room to have a strong smell of cigarette smoke those times. I'm asthmatic so it was especially bothersome to me for that reason. That was the only "unprofessionalism" and lack of consideration we experienced during our extended stay.

no one works at the front desk anymore. you have to use a kiosk and the people that check you in are in India and difficult to understand. hotel is very understaffed but the staff that are onsite are wonderful and work very hard to keep the hotel clean. since there is no staff at the desk there appeared to be a homeless man who was always sitting in the lobby or outside

The room definitely had a smoker in there at one time. It was a non-smoking room so that was disappointing. Not the hotel’s fault but the customer for smoking in the room. I had to buy some febreeze to knock out the tobacco smell because I have asthma and smoke of any kind will set me off. There were also some small thing that were either broken or in rough shape in the room. The room overall was a nice and spacious room but those little broken things took away from the pleasant nature of the room. The devil is in the details— a broken piece of plastic on the air conditioner or chipping paint in the bathroom can make a perfectly good room suddenly look shoddy.

The staff was very friendly. The room, lobby, and hallways were very clean. The room itself was quite large and spacious. The bed was firm and comfortable. I loved the hardwood floors over the usual carpeting.

The furnishings are minimal, but the necessities were there. The decor is outated. I would have liked comfy sitting chairs. The bathroom toilet was so loud when flushed that it actually scared us when we first used it. The air conditioning worked, but very noisy. We ended up not using it because we couldn't sleep through the noise. We didn't mention it to the staff. We just went out and purchased a fan to use.

I booked this room for my friend that was traveling on I-70. She had a long day traveling and she had to make a few calls to the hotel for directions. She spoke several times to the evening clerk named, Rob. He was a great help. Than when she arrived Rob had gone off shift and Darla was there. Rob had communicated to Darla that my friend was on her way. They were expecting her and they left the lights on for her. It was a very pleasant experience for her and it took alot of pressure off me to know that she was taking care of. She has stayed at Motel 6 several times and this one was

The room and bathroom was spacious, clean, and a great value. Comfy bed. There was noise from people/cars in the parking lot playing music and talking, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Smooth check in and check out.

Good location for my travel plans.

No Starbucks in the area. Late night dining-in options very limited. If Westbound on I-70 and travelling late, it's best to stop in Plainfield, IN, for dinner. I have stayed at this location preiously with in the past ten years. I'm truely amazed that the cost has increased by 35% since my last stay (maybe five or six years ago), and it is still the least expensive lodging in town.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of such a cost-friendly room. I also thought the kiosk-based check-in was convenient and easy. When an on-site employee saw me returning to the kiosk he proactively asked if he could help. Very pleasant experience all around

Desk clerk informed me that Booking.com did not communicate my request for 1st floor room near handicapp parking. She saw that I parked in the handicapp space to enter the check in area. She found a first floor room that was near by the parking area. So she resolved the problem satisfactorily. We very much appreciated the desk clerk's effort.

I liked how comfortable I was in this hotel. I did not expect to be as content as I was based on outward appearance, but the rooms were clean and despite there being many guests when I stayed, it was quiet at night and the staff was pleasant.
