Best Western Martinsville Inn

This is our go to place to stay when going or coming back from Bloomington where our son goes to IU. The price and location are great and the staff is always great and friendly. The breakfast served is always hot and the variety is always good. Good selections of restaurants and places to go around Martinsville.

Being that it was a very busy time with move out from IU and graduation weekend as well I waited to book room. Our room was on the very end of hall way. Where as the room was clean the blow dryer was broke and the sink stopper was broke so had to take that out so water would drain. Kinda felt like there was a slight oder to the room. We have stayed here a couple times and our other stay's have been great. Think it was just this room

Clean room and bathroom. Nice pillows and bed very comfortable. Staff super friendly and kind. Good coffee & tea around the clock. Prompt attention to the issue with our toilet not flushing well. He came right over. Liked that clean towels & washcloths were here when we got back from funeral home. The location here was prefect for us. This was a difficult reason for a trip as we lost our niece last week. We were here for the funeral. We had quiet and it was close to the funeral home so we could go back and forth. We got good rest. We appreciate this place so much. We will be coming back.

The only issue at all was the smell of our room. It was a strong musty smell. I had to go buy air freshener and febreeze to spray on the carpet. The room looked very clean. It was just the room smell.

The location was fine for my purposes(high school basketball tournament), and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay a lot. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything to improve. Everyone there, including the manager(/possible owner)went out of his/her way to help me. The motel exceeded my expectations. The parking was adequate and the parking lot was well lit.

Really clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly as well. I would definitely stay again.

Honestly, I can't think of much. The breakfast perhaps could use a few more options, I guess, but it was pretty good. This place really is on top of things, so I can't complain.

Haley was very pleasant. We enjoyed talking with her. She helped with finding a good place to eat. You need more staff like her!!!

The comfort really isn't your fault. Just use to our own beds. You ran out of free waters so i went to buy it from the machine in your hotel. It was all out of water and thats what I needed. As far as location it would have been much better had your man highway being closed ( not your fault either) so everyone had to take side roads to get around. Town was very congested. For the most part we were satisfied!!!

Very good breakfast. Just needed more room to eat.

Air fresher in room. Had musty spell. Better setup for handicap bathing. Could not raise leg into tub. Need walk in shower. Remove bar by toilet. Hard to get on it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean.

The restricted access, but that was due to highway construction. It was not the Hotels fault.

Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it every day of our stay.

Property has a lot of rooms but only one luggage cart.

Rooms very spacious, front desk agent was so welcoming and nice!! Good breakfast offerings, and pet friendly.

Excellent the staff from check in to check out were great. Room was perfect.

Minor water a little too hot but I adjusted it.
