Loved the location. We were there for baseball games and it was perfect. Also liked that there were places to eat at the hotel and breakfast was great!
One of the desk staff was either not well trained or did not want to deal with providing us with the correct number of breakfast vouchers. We were only provided with 7 for our entire stay and when I asked was told that was correct, when I read on the voucher we needed one per person per day, which we did not have. I asked again and was told we only needed one per table. He left and did not fix the problem. We had to fix it ourselves at breakfast the next morning. Also, he did not tell us we had to ask for maid service! Not provided every day! Very irritating when we had six of us!

The breakfast buffet was fair, the pancakes tasted as if the came out of a microwave, the biscuits were hard as a rock and the gravy was cold and tasted as if they just added sausage to milk, this was after waiting 10 minutes for them to bring new gravy out.

I paid for a stadium view and got the most amazing view of Busch Stadium. So, if you're an avid sports fan. I would definitely request a stadium view. Also, you're about a mile and half from Enterprise Center and a block away from Busch Stadium so you could easily just walk.
For what view I got, I was happy to pay the price, but the fact that you have to pay for parking every day was a bummer. $45 /day for valet parking and $35 /day for self parking. Other than that, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely choose that hotel again if needed.

We were there to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and he is a HUGE Cardinal's fan. He really enjoyed the view we had of Busch Stadium. Our room was not ready at the appointed 4 pm time prior to the start of the ballgame, but management adjusted our room rate to compensate.
Our room wasn't ready before the Friday night game and we were unable to change into our Cardinal's attire, so we had to go in what we had on. It ended up being fine, but was not ideal.

Breakfast was not included as part of cost of room so can’t offer feedback on that. Having Starbucks in building did help. Valet parking was helpful. Was able to obtain room with view of The Arch along the Mississippi River. Enjoyed the roof top 360 restaurant/bar.
Would be better if breakfast was included. Having learned more about St. Louis during visit would probably book room at Union Station by amusements and other events.

Loved that we were able to be upgraded to an Arch view room. We could see the sunrise without getting out of bed, though I wish the windows were a little cleaner. Loved that the 360 rooftop was located right there so we could just take the elevator up. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was baseball themed since it’s right next to the stadium. Short walk to the Arch in the morning for our tram ride.
The first room they put us in smelled musty or like old cigarettes. Then when I took my shoes off I stepped on wet carpet, which was all near the bathroom. It was soaked, so we had to change rooms. Also sad we got up to the rooftop and there were no seats for 2 people since there was a party being hosted and they don’t take reservations. The rooftop was one of the reasons I booked it for convenience. We looked at the skyline view and then had to go back downstairs because it was packed. So we just went to IMO’s.

Check in is scheduled for 4:00. Tried to check in at 4:00 and room was not ready. At 5:20 room was still not ready. Left my bags with valet so we wouldn’t miss the game. Checked in after the game.

This was an excellent location! The staff was polite, professional, and helpful. OUR KING CORNER ROOM WAS FABULOUS WITH AN AWESOME CITY VIEW. Breakfast was DELICIOUS as it was included with our room. many choices on buffet. The bar restaurant downstairs served great food and drinks. Bar 360 on the rooftop was awesome with food, drinks and the views were spectacular.Super close to the ballpark, arch and other attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Valet services FAR exceeded our expectations. $45 was a great price for the service we received from the gentleman that received our car upon arrival, the young lady in the valet window, and the gentlemen that were working their tails off to get cars pulled up for guests checking out. 10/10 would recommend.
The caulking in our bathroom tub looked a bit crusty. Looks like it hasn't been redone in quite a while. Also, the hot/cold water is mixed up on the tub dial so it caused a bit of frustration at first.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. The staff are an example of how the hospitality elite should be. The location is EXCELLENT for St. Louis, even my Uber drivers were great. My only issue was the sheets were either stained or dirty, and my pillow was terribly uncomfortable/ lumpy. The bed itself was nice though. That could be a 'one off' but that was my experience.
