From the moment we stepped in the staff was warm friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. I interacted with front desk staff on several different shifts and each person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Housekeeping was excellent, the room was nice and clean. I had a couple of special requests that were handled promptly and cheerfully. The staff really is the highlight of this hotel! The lobby is large with plenty of tables chairs and comfortable seating so if you have a large group of multiple rooms it's a great place to meet up and hang out and socialize.

The rooms are very clean and I appreciate the laminate flooring. They are set up with everything you would need during a short stay. I did not find the beds comfortable at all. They were really soft and lumpy. I could not get comfortable. The pillows are very heavy. So if you're someone who likes to toss and turn the combination of being on a bed that was almost as soft as a waterbed and shifted and having a pillow that was too heavy to comfortably move around is not ideal. We had multiple rooms and other members of my party said their beds were too firm. So I don't think they have a consistent guest experience going on

The facility was conveniently located, clean, and the staff were friendly! Being that i was traveling alone, i also felt very safe during my stay here. The price wasn't bad at all, and the fruit provided in the lobby was a great touch!

The room did not have a closed in closet space. Other than that, everything was good!

This was a great location and the lobby area was very inviting and the staff was wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast area was extremely clean.

There wasn’t any body wash, but that was due to their supply truck not arriving. The woman at the front desk got us bar soap to fix this situation. I just wish that the bar soap had already been left in the room, but that is being very picky. Lovely stay over all!

Breakfast was fine. The staff were nice and helpful and the room was comfortable. Loved the handwash, lotion etc. Smelled so good.

I did not like that I could hear the guests in the room next door so well. Made privacy a myth. Breakfast was fine, but could have used some bacon.

This property was nice with well appointed rooms. The sheets and pillows were nice, and the beds perfect for a good night’s sleep.

The floors seemed damp from humidity in the halls and elevators. But the staff were helpful and kept everything clean.

The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone that we encountered was extraordinary. We went during a difficult time for our family and it was such a blessing to be welcomed back each night by the staff. The hotel is clean, modern, but very comfortable! Definitely will be back!

The only negative was I wish it had a bathtub in the room vs just a shower but not a deal breaker at all.

Didn't have time for breakfast, but I found the facility exceptionally clean, modern, & convenient. I would recommend the TRUHotel again.

Night lites in the bathroom & individual plastic bags for the ice bucket.

The staff at the front desk needs seroius oversight. Every time I saw her she was on a social telephone nail or sanding her nails. While I recognize the "vibe" That is going on at the hotel, a bit of professionalism in dress by the front desk staff would ste a better tone. Why don't you go there unannounced and see what you think?

I liked the environment from the moment we entered. I liked that our room had been sealed following cleaning. I liked the convenience of snacks and drinks available to purchase at night. I liked that we could have played a game of pool during the evening. I liked the comfort of the room and the commitment to going green with toiletries. I liked the opportunity to eat breakfast during my stay...I was offered a nice variety of breakfast foods.

Loved the Front desk staff. So professional. Loved the great cleaning staff. Thank you

Did not enjoy hearing the running and stomping from the room above me. Also, making sure yellow bottle are full in the bathroom. Still great stay. Thank you
