The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. The pool was nice.

You can see where the dog was chewing on the bed. Stains on the curtains. Smell like dog in the hallway. Other than that I liked the hotel.

Waffle breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities looked great but there was a family reunion and they used the pool table the entire time, which was a bit disappointing as we did want to play a game of pool but certainly not the hotel's fault. We were able to bring our 2 dogs with just one pet fee, whereas the nearby hotels wanted to charge per pet. There was a large grassy area with a doggy bag dispenser and conveniently located receptacles which made it very easy to take the dogs out. Bathroom & shower were very nice, appeared recently updated. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Mini fridge was cold. Plenty of channels available.

Coffee at free breakfast was very badly burnt, had to get coffee on the road when we left (coffee makers in the room had stained filter baskets that probably should be replaced.) Pillows weren't very comfortable but I know that can come down to personal preference. There was a very strange noise/alarm sound late at night that sounded like it was coming through the speaker inside the unit. It went off once and then stopped.

AmazIng location if you're interested in visiting a baseball game. Amazing staff. Good breakfast! Large free parking lot.

The pool is quite small.and only indoors. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Parking lot security, more than 10 vehicles were broken into on our stay. Fortunately our car was spared.

We loved the shuttle to & from Truist Park. That was an unexpected pleasure!!! Easy to get around & the room was very spacious. Loved the desk area & the amount of storage there was in the room.

We stayed on the 6th floor & it seemed as though the a/c had a hard time keeping the room cool. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim & I didn’t like that the bathroom fan stayed on when you turn on the lights. Also, didn’t like that only one side of the bed had a lamp. I had the get out of bed to turn the stand light on & off.

The rooms were clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great( sausage, eggs, and a bagel with cream cheese) and my husband and I both tried the hamburgers at the restaurant/bar and they were pretty good. Overall a great experience. The customer service was good too.

The only complaint we had is the cleaning lady came into our room at 8:20 am only knocking once and just walked in while we were sleeping. We had our sweet bulldog with us, but if we had another one she would have been chased down the hall. But other than that it was a good experience.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette and kitchen amenities were super convenient. Also, the staff were friendly with great customer and we loved having the free shuttle to take us to the Battery. Very well kept hotel for it to be pet-friendly .

Housekeeping were knocking and opening our door from 9:30am “to see if we had left.” It was very startling and uncomfortable as they did it more than 2X and check out wasn’t until 12 NOON!

Overall, our stay was comfortable. The facility was clean and actually not too overbooked with guest. The breakfast menu was very balanced in options and we look forward to enjoying stay # 2 in the future.

I don't like pets in a hotel, in my house or anywhere inside my property. Although other my prefer to do opposite of what I just mentioned, it's my dislike period!
