Hampton Inn Atlanta-Cumberland Mall/Cobb Galleria Area

Room was clean and ready when we checked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

I know the hotel probably did not know, but a man was roaming the halls and ended up not acting appropriately with me. When I went to get ice in the morning, I was approached by him. He asked for a cigarette, gave me a hug and I thought he left. He came back and chit chatted a little more and ended up hugging me again. I thought he was leaving me alone, but he came back a third time and asked me if I was in a relationship. I told him I was married. He hugged me again and this time he kissed my cheek. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I just hope I was the only one he did this with because it really bothered me. I really hope he did not bother anyone else.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable .

The hotel had a damp mildew smell and was not worth the value for money in my opinion. The bathroom was very small and cramped

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We arrived early. Lady at the front desk got us into a room with early check in. Room was clean. Definitely not walking distance to Truist Park, but, not far of a drive. Would stay here again.

Lady at front desk had a time finding our reservation. Found out third party had my name wrong in the system. Wasnt an error on the hotel's part.

The room had dust falling off the lamps near the bed.

The hotel is in an area that I used to live in and love. I like the look of the lobby and rooms. The price wasn’t bad especially for a King and breakfast included (which I didn’t get a chance to enjoy this time around because I slept through it). The bed was very comfortable and the guy at the front desk when I checked in was very nice, welcoming and thorough.

The people talking loud in the parking lot late at night for over an hour, but that’s not the fault of the property. Those were just inconsiderate guests. There are some spots on the sink in my bathroom which I thought were dirt but apparently the sink is scratched until it looks dark in that area because I wiped it down with disinfectant and it wouldn’t come off. There was dust or something on the top of the toilet and I cleaned it. Overall the bathroom could’ve been a tap bit cleaner and there wasn’t a full roll of tissue (it was more than half way used. An extra roll would have been nice as well.

Gigi was amazing helping me book my stay the same day. Maricel really went above and beyond during breakfast. And I appreciated how Sky made sure we had everything taken care of throughout our trip.

The manger kept calling my phone harassing me about checking in on Friday when I told him numerous of time I was coming he wanted me to pay for the room before my arrival when I didn’t do that the first time I stayed at this location . The girl at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all! This my second time staying at this location my second experience wasn’t so good I want be booking at this location again.

Loved that they had a hot breakfast and many options because another hotel we just stayed in for the last 5 days had no hot breakfast. We had to go out every morning unless we wanted water and a apple. Loved how comfortable the beds are here and the front desk girl Krystal was amazing with all the card transactions that kept going wrong.

Our bathroom tub would not drain so I was not able to give kids a bath. And the kept charging my card for our room after I booked on here they charged me more. They ended up refunding all of our money including what we paid on here because of the hassle and the room not doing what it should along with not having another room to put us in.

I absolutely love this hotel! Such a wonderful place. Very nice and clean. The staff was incredible! I really appreciate Mikey, Lester and Sky! Super friendly! I will always stay at Hampton-Inn Atlanta-Cumberland!! Thank you!! :)

Clean room, comfortable beds. All staff were very friendly and helpful! We were in town for a concert at Truist Pak and the location for that was fantastic!! Nice, safe area, great experience!!
