I had an exceptional experience at Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta. The bed linen was crisp white cotton and clean. I had what I’d describe as a linen fantasy. Everything was aesthetically pleasing and modern - impeccable hotel lobby, excellent layout, untarnished ambience, and I like that the hotel is situated in a perfect location. The entire hotel space was sleek but at the same time very welcoming. Definitely returning here pretty soon.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like.

The breakfast and the restaurant in general was terrific. I would go back there just because of the restaurant! If we didn't want to go out for a meal, the restaurant was open. The hotel was clean and very well located. The car valets were excellent. Getting a car was very fast --- the $40 per day price tag, however, was steep. The bedlinens were soft and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a lot of outlets for our various devices. All of the employees were incredibly nice and helpful.

The room was sparse - the chair and table were against a wall/window and hard to access, if not impossible. Very few amenities in the bathroom - i.e. no frills. The pillows could have been softer. But the room was clean and adequate.

The hotel felt very luxurious and I think the rate was fair for the location and comfort. Our individual rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Three Arches. Every staff member I interacted with, from the front desk or the restaurant, was incredibly friendly. We always received a hello or a welcome back as we came and went. Being right next to the mall made dining and shopping very easy! Our entire party really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay again.

I don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel itself. If you want to walk around the area, beware that there may not be sidewalks along various stretches of Lenox! You might have to walk through the mall to access some local areas (safely).

OMG, the entire front desk/concierge staff made my stay exceptional from Jaamine, Ari, Alexis, and Brandon to the valet staff treated me professionally. They made everything smooth and wonderful. I enjoyed the hotel and its amenities, the location was easy access to everything. The hotel's fine dining restaurants were awesome, rib eye steak & scrambled eggs breakfast with potatoes. salad, fruits were yummy. HOTEL is close to everything and I had a blast at the live rooftop restaurant event for my 50th birthday celebration as I danced the night away and had a blast. Everyone made my stay absolutely amazing and I am grateful. I will definitely be back without question. #50th June 2023 birthday girl

Good location. Very good restaurant.

The hotel had problems with paying system and they could not process payment from my credit card. This was the reason they woke us in the middle of the night and refused to wait until morning. My husband had to dress up, come down to reception and give them cash. We were lucky that we had cash, apparently otherwise they could ask us to leave in the middle of the night! Additionally they took deposit from my credit card upon arrival, which was in a breach of their contract with Booking.com It was a shame because otherwise hotel is really good and we loved it.

My stay at the Hyatt hotel was great and i would definitely go back! the front desk receptionist were so patient and helpful, i was the first to arrive before my friend and i got there about 3 hours before i was able to check in at 🕓 in my room but the lovely girl at the front offered an early check in for me ( yes it comes w. a cost) but not once has someone offered early check in at any of my stays. My room was so clean and comfortable & it was pretty spacious for me and my friend. This hotel is close the airport, restaurants and main attraction activities in Atlanta! Thank you again for your hospitality and making my stay one to remember.

The location was ideally located near the mall and other destinations I like to explore when I'm in Atlanta. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the service I experienced. I would stay again if needed.

The parking rate was a little pricey, mainly because I'm a good tipper, and I was in and out of the hotel often. Saturday evening, upon my arrival, my self some friends and I decided to have a drink in the bar located on the main floor. The bartender was a lil moody because it appeared she was ready to go home for the evening, and she made a few drinks that some customers didn't like, so they sent the glasses back, and she stated she didn't want to serve them and refused to make the customers drinks again. The bartender didn't handle that situation very professionally.

From the moment I entered the hotel lobby, I was blown away by the design and use of space. Reine was at the check in desk was super lovely and helpful. She kindly upgraded my room when she learnt it was my birthday! My room on the 14th floor was AMAZING with incredible views of the city. And though it was by the highway, I barely heard the noise and had a very good night's rest the four nights I stayed there. The hotel rooftop was also a selling point for me and I enjoyed the interesting characters I met there as well as the hotel restaurant bar including other guests. It is also opposite the Lennox mall which was handy for shopping or grabbing a quick bite when the restaurant wasn't opened.

The food at the restaurant wasn't the greatest. Also I had gone down for my birthday lunch at about 2:30pm to be told the kitchen opened at 3pm. But when I went back shortly after 3pm was then told they were only serving small plates till 5pm! But the restaurant space itself was very well designed.

I always enjoy my stay at the hotel especially the amenities. The vibe of the rooftop is amazingly beautiful. The ambiance of the restaurant is always excellent and the drinks are strong.

The front desk staff is a hit and miss. Some of the staff members speak and acknowledge the guess while others just stand there with an attitude as if they don't want to be bothered. So it's a definitely a hit and miss and that's something this establishment should work on
