Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Location is great and in close to shopping areas and eateries. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hallway and room smelled fresh. The mini kitchenette was nice with microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, and sink. The free breakfast was good, they have grab-and-go breakfast and cook-to-order foods.

Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything your neighbor is doing from baby crying to flushing the toilet to letting their window shade up. Parking is $25.

I loved the room and the decor. It was very modern without feeling cold. I loved that they had a mini market in the lobby with selections. I would have chosen myself at a grocery store, even organic frozen meals. We even had a mini kitchen, with a coffee maker, and a microwave and a small refrigerator in our room. The bed was large and very comfortable with lots of pillows and even though our room faced the front, it was so quiet even on the second floor. We looked at the swimming pool, but we were not there long enough to use it or the fitness room but I love that they was there. The lobby was nice and spacious with lots of comfortable private seating areas We walked around the area where there was some nice shopping right off of Piedmont. I would definitely stay here again.

Only two things I can think of that were very minor, which was the coffee machine was not working downstairs when we went for breakfast but they did have a carafe of coffee when we went down to check out. Also, there was a smell which I think was the carpet cleaner. It was mostly in the hallways. I have a very sensitive nose and it did not bother my friend. And it was not noticeable in the room at all. I only mention it because I couldn’t quite put my finger on what it was.

- Breakfast is great. They’ll cook you eggs with tortillas - Parking has 4 EV charging stations. Really helpful for EV owners - The pool is great, not too big and not too small

- Parking permit is quite complicated. You need to validate the ticket with receptionist every time you go in and out. The gate shows “scan barcode” but you actually need to insert the ticket to exit the parking. I was never told this the first time and ended up creating a long line of cars waiting to exit - Bed is not really comfortable. It’s too firm

The property was very modern, clean, they thought about everything you may need, in the rooms from plates, cups,knifes, everything was high quality!! I absolutely loved the hotel!!

The employees where very very rude from the beginning to the end front desk was horrible I literally waited 2 mins waiting to check out and she was looking at the computer with no customer, totally ignoring the fact I was standing waiting for assistance,finally another front desk came and ask me if I needed anything I told her check out and she walked away asking if I needed a receipt, I felt so discriminate and devalued maybe because of my race. This was my first time in Atlanta Georgia and I have to say is a beautiful state! with horrible people!

I loved how easy it was to find in an excellent location! The gentleman (I forget his name) was welcoming and friendly. He felt like a family member. He made me feel comfortable because I met him in the parking lot. The gentleman at the front desk Montavious was exceptionally helpful and professional as well. Super nice young man. I will definitely be back for future stays.

There is nothing to not like about this place.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the room was extremely spacious!

I asked to have my room cleaned twice and no one ever came. The staff was not very helpful due to them canceling my reservation and did nothing to fix it other than ask me to spend more money and get another room although it was not my fault in any way.

Great breakfast with lots of options! The location was great and conveniently located near the MARTA station to get into downtown ATL. The staff were all great and super friendly, really made us feel at home!

We had no issues other than not getting new towels one morning, but as soon as we asked someone brought them up right away!

The location is great and has stores within walking distance. They serve healthy breakfast options and coffee complimentary. I worked remotely and there were stations to setup my laptop for my zoom meetings. They have valet for $35 per day. You can also park on the garage which is right next/across from the hotel.

The mattress on the couch needs to be replaced. We couldn’t use it because it was so bad and the springs were poking out of the mattress.

The shower is the smartest design I've ever seen for a walk-in shower. The rooms come with a stove top, microwave, full refrigerator, utensils, pots and pans... the works. They even provided a corkscrew. Honestly the best and most generous hotel I've stayed in for any period of time. I will definitely be back.

Breakfast was limited for hot food as they only serve 1 meat once a month. Overall the light fare provided was delicious.

It was nice that they had someone making fresh french toast for breakfast. Otherwise it was just like any other continental hotel breakfast.

We requested a bathtub and were told that we would have one, but we didn’t when we checked into our room. Also, there were only feather pillows and no firmer pillows available. Also, the indoor pool was closed nearly our entire stay, so we weren’t able to use that.
